The staff were very helpful & approachable. The room appeared clean & recycled bins were provided. Only coffee provided in facilities offered no other choice of tea.

The toilet in the room was very low & had no rail or handle to support to pull yourself up with.There were a few stains on the cover of the duvet. The cover appeared laundered but was stained. One of the pillows fillings was uneven & seemed worn.Three clothes hangers were provided maybe one or two more would have been helpful especially in cold climate for coat.

Friendly welcome. I hadn't anticipated tea/coffee in room, or welcome refreshments, so that was nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the power of the shower.

Shower opening straight into bedroom wasn't fully suitable for a trip with teen nephew. I managed to get sorted and dry in shower but he wasn't keen on the exposure/faff for himself. I can't remember if this was stated as open/non separate when booked or not, but it was fine for our brief stay.

The property was very quiet and clean. Staff were always very customer friendly and supportive.

I liked the way the staffs are professional and friendly and always willing to assist and make the environment comfortable..

The staff went above and beyond to support mine and my daughters needs but after being told I would be on ground floor I was disappointed to learn I was on first floor. My daughter has a phobia of lifts and I have post sepsis syndrome meaning I suffer lots of joint pain when tired.

Room was not very big, floor was cold and it was situated on first floor.

I really enjoyed the hotel and staff, breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable and shower very fast and powerful, will definitely use again.

The staff on the front desk where so helpful and nice after travelling from Spain and then donw from Birmingham we where so tired and we where greeted with a smile later on we ordered pizza and minerals from front desk and there was another lady on and she was the same could do enough for me .the pizza was lovely to

It was noisy, frequent police visits, bed uncomfortable, lots of litter outside.

My room was very clean with everything I needed for my stay. I would not hesitate to stay again.

My only issue was the very low toilet. I am 75 years old and found it rather difficult.

I went to get into bed and found lots of little black spots and tiny bugs, some of which were jumping. I initially thought they were bed bugs but on reflection, the hotel welcomes pets to stay in rooms. I suspect an animal with fleas slept on the bed and it was not treated. I was given another room which wasn’t particularly clean. When I came down the following morning, I expected to be refunded but was fobbed off with an email address to contact.

The hotel is a hell hole, dirty beds, dirty sinks and showers, it stinks of drains and worse, and reception is full of waif and stray drunks and crack addicts. Not convinced about the security of the vehicles either given the numerous abandoned vehicles in the car park.

Very clean,close to M4,everything we needed

My friend &i both smoke &we kept getting locked out after midnight by security. Surely our room key should of enabled us to access hotel rather than having to get his attention.

The accommodations were a perfect stop over between a night out in Bristol and traveling north deep into Wales.

No fault of the hotel. But this is right next to a busy interchange. And not walking distance to anywhere.

Wales is expensive but this was cheap for the area. Clean apartment, really good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great pub just up the road.
