Clean comfortable rooms. Comfy beds and a large bathroom. The shuttle to Celtic Manor was much appreciated.

The cost of the car park. Bit steep for out of town parking.

Having to pay to park your car. I know this is now common practice but if they have to charge, then hide it in the room rate. It’s just another way of getting more money out of visitors.

Clean hotel, carpets fresh, clean room, good bed & bathroom. Very quiet.

10% service charge in restaurant, appeared not to optional..... But the food and staff were excellent.

I paid £138 Friday morning for a room and could have had it for £78 5 hours laterDisappointing and bit of a joke to be honest

Breakfast was good. Better than many I have had, but all buffet and no menu service so no Eggs Benedict this time for me :) I appreciated the option of decaf coffee in the machine. The hotel was very comfortable with lovely staff. Obviously, recently built, so everything still feels brand new. I was able to use the pool in their sister hotel just next door, which was a bonus.

Clean, large modern room with comfy bed and nice hot shower. Lots of USB outlets.Large window overlooking trees/woods.Costa coffee is very close and opens early.

Parking was expensive.

Doors being slammed throughout the night. The young women on the bar were very rude and didn't know how to pour a double rum and coke, they suggested I added the double rum to a pint of coke! Didn't ask if I wanted ice or lemon/ lime. I ordered another drink and one young lady approached me and said "what do you want?" I will be emailing the company to complain as she was very abrupt.

The original room booking experienced some technical issues. The Hotel checked and upgraded us immediately. Very impressed with the approach.

The excessive car park fee of £12.00.

Amazingly clean. Not sure how long it's been open but it seemed brand new.Loved the fact they had a singer in the bar whilst we had a couple of drinks

Parking at £14 per day for a remote hotel seems a rip off. Also a 16.00 check in is a joke these days. I think this is just to rip people off for an early check in. This is another £20, free at almost any other hotel I travel too.

Great stay overall. Super clean, friendly staff, a good-sized room with one chair and one chair for relaxing. The noise from the roads didn't bother me as the sound insulation is reasonable, so no disturbance at all to sleep. Very comfy bed.

That parking was £12/day came as a surprise. But the parking lot was secure so I felt ok aout it. Just surprised by the extra cost.Also, you have to drive a fair bit to get to shops, but it's motorway driving so doesn't take a long time.

Basic amenities were good. Clean good size bathroom. Good breakfast.

Advice for all new bookers. They will charge you car parking, compulsory payment of 12 Pounds per day. Very annoying and sneaky as they will not tell you this before booking, you get to know this once you get there! You can't park anywhere else because of the location. So almost held to ransom in paying it! Very cheeky and unethical. Warning to all of you who are booking in advance! Be aware

An outstanding choice of food. The standard and quality were of the highest. The cooked breakfast was really tasty and there was a wide choice. The continental style was equally fresh and offered a wide choice.

I have no criticisms.
