Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. The Holiday Inn is a busy hotel so if you are planning to use the Olive Tree restaurant, it would be advisable to book in advance direct with the hotel to avoid disappointment. "Kids Eat Free" policy applies to children under the age of 13 years only, when dining with an adult who has purchased a main meal. A maximum of four children per family is allowed. Dogs are welcome upon request and are subject to additional charges, terms and conditions. Guests wishing to use the Leisure Club facilities are advised to pre-book a one-hour slot per day in advance due to numbers being restricted in the Club at present. Please call to request an appropriate time slot. The hotel is not accepting cash. Card payments only. Children aged 15 and under are not allowed in the gym, saunas, steam room and spa pool. Please be aware of roadworks on the M54 between 27 Feb and 21 Apr, with overnight and weekend closures between junctions 2 and 4, westbound and eastbound carriageways. Diversions are in place. Public areas on the ground floor in particular will be affected between 10 March and 11 April while the elevator lobby and public toilets are refurbished. Alternative toilet facilities will be signposted. There will be no elevators available on 28 March between 9.00am and 5.00pm. A new bedroom air conditioning system is being installed between 27 April and 20 September, one floor at a time. During this time, disruption to our guests will be kept to a minimum but there may be an amount of noise and dust during working hours.
