The room was comfortable Shower room ok
Friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable bed, quiet location, kettle and tea/coffee in room, great value for money and free Wi-Fi
Great host very kind polite and respectful amd plave in good location in blackpool easy to walking distances to loads places and very helpful then checking out nothing is to much for host iwill go above and beyond whivh is worth stopping here anytime

Cons -

Public area a bit drab.
Dated decor (I liked it but it wasn't to my partner's taste), no breakfast available and no large communal lounge area (there is a tiny one, but other, similar hotels have large ones with a snooker table/games/TV/a bar, would be nice to have that at the Sunset Hotel!)
