Staff where great and helpful and absolutely spotless
Bathroom clean Bed was comfy

Door lock wasnt the best No lift option so had to drag our cases to the top floor Coffee machine was a faff when it should be simple to which we had no other option to make coffee in the morning No option for breakfast so no food in the morning - website says croissants would be brought up as well. No fridge to keep food Only got told when we got there that no takeaways were allowed ( so unable to bring bits back and nowhere to store chilled food ) Rang ring door bell on arrival to get in as instructed and no one came so had to ring up which was a faff as the lady on the other line sounded busy and cut me off Day after no one around to check us out or take the keys off us Lady on the phone sounded friendly enough but always seemed to busy. Couldnt get WiFi as no signs around for the code etc so had to use personal hotspot. Lots of negative points unfortunately, shouldnt have the boutique name
Paid for breakfast but told there was none, beds not Hypnos, not the 5 star boutique hotel we expected it is just a B & B
