Location was good for us, 1 minute walk to tram stop to quickly get into town.
Staff are friendly
Parking was easy with an extra cost Bedroom was what you would expect with your own toilet and shower

Cons -

Waiting for licence to sell alcohol in there bar, so no bar service ,but that didn't upset us really.
I never leave reviews anywhere but I had to share our experience so that other families think twice before booking. Myself, my partner and two children aged 1&2 all caught ringworm from this hotel. The room was filthy, under the bed clearly hadnt been cleaned in a while as there were dirty socks and a dirty baby bottle there. The rooms are massively overpriced which is normal for Blackpool but you would at least expect it to have been clean. We had family staying in another room at the hotel and they had no hot water or working radiators. I strongly urge you to avoid this hotel
Very strange man who said that he were staff living in room 4. Saying to me when outside at night when I were with my four year old boy getting his teddy from the car that we were very loud and have been banging on his door. He were staying this at he main door telling me that he might not let us back into the hotel. Told him to go away or I would be ringing the police, he went. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who has small children or a young couple, or who might be on a smaller budget just in case you have to pay for a different hotel late at night or drive home. Shocked very shocked, I am 42 and stayed in plenty of hotel in my life, this is the worse hotel experience I have had bye miles DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, avoid the strange weird man that works and lives in room 4 at all cost.
