- Clean and tidy and good value for the money and the staff are brilliant
- It was convenient to the motorway stop The receptionist that works 3-11 was outstanding she was very helpful and pleasant
- Location was ideal for my stay on this occasion.

- The price of the taxi from the hotel to the convention center was very outrageous
- The bed was uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. Very noisy in the early hours as all the doors seem to slam shut viciously.
