Great location, right by the beach and high street. Comfortable and clean room with kettle and fridge.

Cons -

- We had to collect the keys from Hotel Continental which is a good 10 minute walk out of town - sort of losing the benefit of booking somewhere central. - The external door says "Boat house" but doesn't indicate there are multiple rooms inside - maybe we were being stupid but we didn't try the Boat House for ages because it looked like we were going into someone else's room. - The room was absolutely roasting - we had the radiator turned off and still had to get up to open the windows in the night, which made it bright and loud in the morning. - Lady on the front desk seemed a little short with us (both in person and on the phone when we were calling for directions). Maybe caught her on an off-day.
