In historic Canterbury, this charming 3-star metro hotel has free WiFi and free parking. The city center and 2 rail stations are within easy reach. Each spacious room with attached bathroom at Castle House is elegantly furnished and has a flat-screen digital TV. Some rooms have spectacular views. Castle House Hotel has a lounge and a bar with floor-to-ceiling Georgian windows. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Canterbury Cathedral is a short walk away. A Continental breakfast is served in the Restaurant.

Pros +
- The location to river walk, restaurants and the cathedral was perfect. The room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The car park is small, but we did find room to park.
- It's attractive, with lots of art and classic style. It's very close to the city center and cathedral. It had a parking lot. The staff was mostly great (depending on who was on shift, some more helpful than others).

Cons -
- The only thing was the parking area is very small.
- Again, some staff were more helpful than others. The room cleaners came very early in the morning, when we weren't ready to leave. A staff member knocked on our door at 4:20AM trying to help a drunk guest find his room.
