Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), make sure you're booking this property in accordance with the destination's local government guidelines, including (but not limited to) the purpose of travel and maximum group size. The property currently operates on a room only or self-catering model. Please note the guests do not have access to the breakfast room in the main house. A site plan will be supplied for guests to access their accommodations prior to booking and a mobile number to communicate, if any emergencies arise. Check-in starts at 16:00 to enable the rooms to be deep cleaned between guests. Please note that Iffin Farmhouse is open all year. However, there will be no breakfast, evening meals or rooms serviced from: 12:00 23 December - 27 December (inclusively) and 12:00 on 31 December - 1 January (inclusively) Please note that guests checking out after 10:30 will be charged an additional fee of GBP 50 unless prior arrangements have been made.
