For bookings made the same day as arrival, the property cannot always guarantee that the apartment is ready for check-in at 15:00. The primary guest responsible for the booking should normally be 25 years of age or older. Bookings are subject to individual assessment. In certain situations, a refundable security deposit may be required based on a risk assessment (for example last-minute bookings, major events, weekend stays, or local residents). A valid ID must be presented at check-in. Please note that from the end of April and throughout May, there may be occasional noise due to refurbishment work taking place on the first floor.
