Rooms and pool look recently renovated. Decent location.
The hotel is the closest overnight option for those who want to visit the Manuel Antonio National Park early. 3 mins walk to the entrance of the park.
The best location possible. My room was OK, it was in the old setting of the hotel. It still had air conditioning, so it was decent. Bathroom was a little rundown but usable. Bed and pillows are comfortable! Breakfast is not the best, but is authentic.

Cons -

Bait and Switch. Paid extra for a Deluxe Quadruple with queen beds. On the hotel's actual website there's no Standard and Deluxe Quadruple. And there's no queen beds, they're doubles. Plus had to pay extra for kids to stay.
