Receptionists

Waking up to noises on the hallway or sounds coming from next door bathroom( fart race). It was very hot during my stay and their A/C never worked. Had to clean water in the bathroom every time I take shower.

Beautiful nature. Big bright room. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Stinky, impossible to breathe even with open windows. That smell from conditioner. Room 102. Shower flooded, water stood on the floor until morning.

Very good restaurant , breakfast and polite staff.

We liked the facilities and surroundings. The Spa facility was tha main reason we chose this place as it was on our route passing through Poland going back to denmark.

Very nice location if you are with the car. The hotel is embedded in the wood and is directly at the lake. Very nice nature around. Excellent breakfast with tasty and fresh food. Clean and comfortable.

A few minor things in the bath shall be replaced or repaired. Additional bath furniture would a be a big plus to be able to place bath utensils. Those are minor things though.

amazing! excellent stay. we were leaving in the early sunday morning, so couldn't stay for breakfast - we received from the hotel bags with breakfast for all family members, very nice!

They don't clean nor tidy up the room during your stay. Breakfast is a bit poor.

Like place and staff in reception and breakfast buffet. Breakfast was nice and tasty.

We went for dinner and we were very disappointed with food. Steak was rare instead of medium rare. Ribs was from lidl. No comment on them. Ask for gin and tonic. Got only tonic no ice no lemon. Even in whisky glass? no manager to sort out.

Bathrooms could have some more practical organisation, like hangers for towels.

The food in the Restaurant was delicious. The Breakfast Box was pretty Bold.The crew was very kind and helpful. Our Dog also vas satisfied.

Very peaceful, next to a forest and a fish pond. Comfortable beds, plenty of space in the room, cozy robes provided. AC in the room. Not too far from the highway. Pool is free for all guests, though we arrived very late and left early so we did not try. Good breakfast buffet, a lot of cold and hot options. I would stay there again if in the area.

Soundproofing could be better, we could hear some TV or music almost until midnight. Not loud, but still. Some weird things like huge stylish bathroom and not a single hook for towels or clothes. Bathtub only and no shower curtain and no adjustable position to place shower head - very inconvenient and just - why? Beds have no headrests and light switch is right there behind the pillow so you move in the middle of the night and suddenly switch on the light. Compared to everything else the towels were quite thin and rough. These were not critical but slightly spoiled the vibe.

This was intended as a couple of days to just rest and take it easy. It was such a lovely place positioned amidst nature. Pool was lovely. The food was great (although expensive). Enjoyed the stay

Some areas were run down and not maintained well. Also, wish the pool opened earlier than 4pm!

I had a dog with me and they gave me room with direct access (from the hotel room) to the park area to walk with the dog, that was super cool.

Location and how clean it was. Electric car charging point, plenty space for parking. Everyone is very friendly and helpful

I dont know how, but the room was exceptionally hot and there was no hot water in the shower room 105

We were extremely happy with our sunset room with balcony. The Resort is close to motorway and offers a quiet nights sleep to any traveller. Our dog was more than pleased with the extensive greenery surrounding. The dinner was rich and breakfast even more so. I give it my highest recommendations and we will most definitely stay again, perhaps for few days longer next time.

we liked everything! Nice and clean, spa was great.We deffinately go back there!

Wifi didn’t work well

Breakfast was plentiful, although start on Sunday at 8.00 was long awaited for by lots of guests

Pool and restaurant are in a different building than most rooms. Not convenient when weather is close to 0 degrees Celsius

Lovely place with great facilities and food.

I would upgrade the breakfast coffee to lavazza that is served for extra pay. Current coffee is pretty badAll deserts were covered in ants every day. Surely you can find ways to avoid this
