    Pros +

    • The pictures were good and there was a lot at the facility, that could have been open or used.
    • I lo loved the Spa, the Restaurant, and walking in the woods.
    • nice historic building, decent brakfest

    Cons -

    • The distance from restaurants and other stores was a lot. The twin bed felt small, and the room was quite warm almost hot without the heater off and the window opened.
    • the pillows were so bad that I had to sleep on the folded winter coat.no toiletry except soap.
    • Very dated rooms considering the price. Old yellow plugs, old shower and smelly carpets. Extremely expensive considering how dated the place is and nothing like the pictures. No ac in rooms either.

Everything would be perfect, apart from so hearable bowling noises at 22:00. I had room at 3 rd floor, and noises from bowling were extremely hearable. Thankfully it was over by 23:00 but it woke me up, when I had to wake up early morning to get to work site. Otherwise it would be impossible to sleep...For such an expensive hotel, that was extremely annoying to get proper rest after such long traveling day

Friendly staff, good facilities for kids, nice location, clean, quality food

Property in general was beautiful but no attraction at this time.

The stuff was horrible, apart one lady from the reception. One guy during the dinner time came to my Parent and with mean tone asked if they paid for one person dinner and laughed with other woman - what behaviour is this , is this a joke. This was last time and I was considering to visit resort with my fiancé but no, I don’t tolerate such stuff unprofessionalism. We travel a lot 5 starts hotels as well as resorts never met such things. A big disappointment.

Breakfast was divers, need to improve the quality of the juice.

No one came to pick up the trash for 3 days or to replenish the coffee and tea supplies.

Your front of desk staff were rude and said didn't care about customer.i complained and she called police to our room.i made a complaint but you have done nothing in 8 weeks.

    Your reception staff

    Nice location and lovely views

No air conditioning in rooms but also it was unbearable to have a breakfast when you’re dripping sweat, only fans provided in rooms but they are loud. The rooms were clean but you had to remind the reception to have them clean. They don’t clean them properly every day so bins full, no new cups or no soap in dispenser. There is a kids area but the ironing room is in the kids area with a door that doesn’t close! I had a heart attack seeing kids walking in where hot irons were. No safety power plugs in baby room so my little one who is 14 months could stick finger in a power socket. No proper shampoo or conditioner just all in one. The room needed upgrading. Everything seemed like was falling apart. I am now struggling with a bad backache as mattress is rock hard and you can feel the springs. No proper pillows-very flat and rooms were just so hot like sauna. No changing room in spa at the pool just a shared one so no privacy to get changed with your little one. the door also is kept open so anyone could just see me naked- shocking. Staff is friendly but they can’t do anything about the facilities or the service. There was a live pancake station at breakfast and the lady had to use a tissue as a fan to get some breeze. Breakfast was quite poor. Okay selection of fruit but nothing is labelled and no option for nice poached or fried eggs. It was not an international breakfast. Probably the experience would have been better if they turned on an air con in the dining area. Easy check in and check out but they don’t really try and explain all the options or facilities available to you. No English signs and it’s all in Polish. Free car park which was handy but paths and roads are not pram or wheelchair friendly. The place is definitely hot 4 star. It was actually the worst 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Overall good hotel, nice surrounding, friendly staff and very good choice for breakfast.

Wi-Fi connection is simply terrible. I could accept fact that it's slower than snail, however the stability is completely bad. It's connecting / disconnecting each 5 minutes, so if people would like to work, you first spend way too long to download / refresh emails and when it's done, connection broke down and you have to restart it..... Dont even dream to try having some video conference call....simply not possible.Noise from other rooms, sound insulation is quite poor, so you can really hear everything what's happening in next room - conversation, small baby / childrens, showers, toilet....

Very nice natural location. on site parking. Good restaurant and nice food. Friendly and helpful staff. it was ideal for my one night business trip. But its more suitable for Spa holidays. Probably in season will be more busy. Complementary water in the rooms is a very nice touch. Nice small indoor pool.

The bathroom is a little smaller then expected. The fridge was not very cooling more heating and buzzing.

The hotel was beautiful and facilities were nice. The spa was great too

My room was next to the arcade so you could hear people playing air hockey at night and the doors don’t have deadbolts or any extra locks for security.

Very large selection for breakfast, fresh and tasty. Excellent facilities: swimming pool, bar and gym. Great zoo and seal sanctuary

Disappointed that restaurant on the island was closed, there was no information when booking

    7KrzysztofPosted on: 9-24-2021

    Good

The smell from the bathroom was terrible. The bathroom was clean but it was coming from either vents or piping.

Nature & hotel by itself. Dinner was good as well.

Despite Covid crisis and hotel policy to wear a mask, the employees DO NOT wear a mask. I don't get it. The employees need to lead by example. This is embarrassing for the travel industry.
