The absolute worst!

The most terrible hotel I've visited in my life! When we politely asked to cool my heart medication they refused! Because cooling this medicine is vital, we asked for a refund. They refused that as well! Police needed to get involved before they considered refunding. Stay away from this horrible place!

It was clean.

Booking.com offered me (twice) to update with bigger room with two beds, and after that to even bigger room with three beds and a balcony with garden view.... I paid for this!! Twice!! But I received the smallest room ever, even the bathroom was inserted in the room space, and the man on reception yelled at me angry, that they don't have any balconies, let alone with the garden view......They didn't bring any money back and gave me ground floor room with a nearest parking view ever. Good thing: I was able to watch my car up close all night long, even touch it if I feel like:)I know it's not Sheraton, but booking.com should be more correct!!! Shouldn't offer non-existing things. It was very unfair to take my money for nothing. Otherwise the hotel isn't bad!

Speed radar absolutely there unexpected with crazy unproper 30km limit, flashed in our night return from embracing and loving, highly spiritual event (even we were going very very slow on the road ) , made our night in this willige absolutely terrible. Could not sleep after this experience, please refer to the mayor that this device installed is Offense of good people and Criminal ROBBERY nothing else !!!!

It was clean. It is a simple hotel but perfect for travelers, you get what you pay for.

Outdated but again, if you want luxury you go to Hilton.

Hell on earth.

No hot water and also got double bed instead of what we booked which was two single beds. Heater not working. It was a terrible place

The conditions shown on Booking are not the same as those found in the hotel, the rooms are very small and the bathroom very very small, I did not expect something like this, I am sorry to say this

Easy check-in and check-out

Dead wasp under the lamp, broken tiles in the bathroom. Only drizzling water in the shower that kept changing from hot to cold...

Disappointing

Paid for breakfast, asked if it would be ready at 7:00 AM, still the owner told us the next morning that it would only be available 8:00-8:30. We left without and didn’t get a refund.
