Pros +
- Great people……Lady host was excellent and made us all very welcome
- The general friendliness and warmth that was provided by the staff, specifically the owner, was amazing to experience. We felt incredibly welcome and enjoyed our general experience all the way through. The rooms were more than adequate and it was very comfortable. Dinner was very cozy, tasty and generally amazing.
- The great and friendly welcome from the landlady on arrival. Very helpful in the restaurant, dinner was delicious.
Cons -
- It’s a little untidy around the outside spacesCould do with a spruce up…..but it is what it is….clean and tidy with a great hostBasic accommodation that was clean with a good bed…..
- During breakfast we requested some specific eggs (after being offered the option by the staff overseeing the breakfast) and our requests weren't entirely met to our liking. Where an omelet was requested, a few pieces scrambled eggs were provided instead. Everything else was perfectly in order however.

The short stay
Friendly staff. Fantastic schnitzels.
The bar closed at 8pm
Village was out of the way but easy striking distance to the Nurburgring. Breakfast was good. All staff were very welcoming. Tea and coffee facilities were available which is unusual in mainland Europe.
Downstairs bar area had people smoking quite a bit which was off putting but didn't ruin our stay. There was only one item on the evening menu for the non meat eater.
good shower and good breakfast
The bowling downstairs was quite loud, as was the street
