- If it feels like the basement ("Einliegerwohnung") of a single family home, that is because that's what it is. A couple of rooms on the ground floor, but they were out of use and/or untidy. It feels a bit awkward to intrude into other people's lives.
- Room was rather cold, heating was set rather low. The bathroom didn't have any soap for shower. Had to use the hand soap. Walls are rather thin, was woken at 3 in the night by the room next door, snoring...WiFi is turned off at night, and there's no regular network available, so listening to music to avoid the snoring didn't work.

Very friendly staff and a very nice setting. for me location was ideal as it is close to a jobsite. Also many good dining options within walking distance. The rooms are super nice.
The parking place (nice to have one by the way) is down a rather steep slope, so perhaps not for the faint of heart drivers.
