The room size was excellent. Flatscreen TV. Close to the venue for the equestrian event. Very friendly staff.

The extra charge for bike bags for the bike rental.And 1 in 1 hair and wash gel. No seperate shampoos and conditioner

The breakfast was very good with a lot of options.The decoration and the atmosphere were nice, with interesting paintings and sculptures. The hotel is located next to a beautiful castle.

Breakfast had a great variety - if I wasn't working I would have had a glass of fizz Didnt use the spa as didnt have time Restaurant was fully booked so we ate in the bar, which is lovely but was disappointed that our second night (due to flight cancellation) on sunday wasnt open neither was the bar - so had to eat out Joke on reception was absolutely amazing - she was able to arrange a further night stay for us due to our flights being cancelled and when the bar was closed, was able to arrange drinks for us - she is a credit to Martins!

Restaurant & bar not being open on the Sunday, after a long day supporting an event was well needed, so had to eat out - shame

-Nespresso coffee machine in the room (deluxe double room)-The breakfast and the staff that works at the breakfast- amazing!- The jacuzzi in the room - Quiet- Cleaning of our room and replenishment of toiletries and towels- We had a leak in our bathroom (thats bad) that was promptly solved (thats good)

- The Knights bar of the hotel. We thought there was no other brasserie/snack around the area to have a quick dinner (as told by the receptionist) the night of our check in but that is not true, there are! Just walking distance down the road, much better quality and price. I really regret having had had my first dinner in Martin's at the Knights's Bar because I was literally presented with a plate of bolognese pasta on the "rocks'! yes!!!! Big chunks of ice in my pasta!. I sent it back and they apologised but the service is very slow and the quantity of wine served per glass is ridiculously small (7 Euros = 2 slurps), and the pasta was not good, even without the ice. After that they didn't even offer us any complementary glass or coffee as is usually the case in professional establishments. This gave us cold feet to make any reservation at Akko, the gourmet restaurant of the hotel, even if it may have had nothing to do with it....At the Guesthaus down the road (at the entrance of the Castle) you get elaborate home-made tasty dishes like stew without having to wait too much and good value for money.- The reception staff is OK but a bit" robotic", for such a known hotel. I am a usual client of Martin's hotels (Genval) and I am used to a warmer treatment....- The casting of my iPad to the TV was not working.

Had to walk down to the castle and at my age was quite painful specially the climb back.Wish there was some transport back to the hotel.

The breakfast was great, the location and general architecture are wonderful. The beds were nice and the staff helpful. The wellness area was clean and relaxing.

It's too expensive for what you get. It's nice but not exceptional and I received way too many messages to upgrade ... (almost made me want to cancel). The restaurant was closed due to a wedding so we couldn't eat there.

Great location, fantastic room and good included breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Pool / wellness facilities were a little on the expensive side, but very well maintained. Pool was a little cold, but the room and sauna / steam rooms were hot enough to compensate.
