- Hotel was overbooked. Few hours before arrived asked US to cancel it. They could not do it themselves. No one was speaking English and even on the phone was only German speaking person. Zero communication, zero explanation. Zero apology. I had to solve it via booking. Not recommended

- The room, tv didn't work, the hitting never works, i slept dressed up because was way too cold inside! When i went down stairs i asked the lady from the reception what's happening with the hitting inside my room she says someone will come to repair it today, no one comes! I bet the hitting didn't work in more rooms not just in mine room! So please people, don't pay 70 euros like i paid some some facilities you can't use, but on the internet says you have all of that! This mistake will not happen again for me!
