Small but clean room with easy-to-control heat

The room was very dark, the lights were constantly on. The shower cabin was very small, it was difficult to take a shower without hitting the wall or the water control knobs.

We were almost alone in the entire hotel. It's located in a very quiet area. Great soft towels. Hot water with good water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable beds. Comfortable sofa. Free parking just outside the room.

We did not receive the check-in instructions prior to arrival. We tried to call 3 different numbers posted on the entries. Otherwise the check in would have been excellent.

Very comfortable room, brand new furniture and linen, very good breakfast and extremely nice staff.

Clean and convenient for our travels.Also had a bath and balcony.

Owner was having some repairs done to patio below balcony so was a little noise and dusty.

Location for me with a car was ideal. Parking space is no issue. Got the tram each day to go to the exhibition at Hannover Messe. Tram stop is 150 metres away. Very well looked after with a nice size comfy room with a good shower

Clean, quiet and a good price

Convenient pit stop for us for one night/ really clean and comfortable with spacious rooms and parking on the doorstep. Nice breakfast and friendly staff as well as easy check in late at night out of hours.

The shower was a leaking, quite hopeless to try to use it. After being squirted in the face I resorted to taking a bath instead. The wall mounted toilet flush was loose, I trapped my finger in it and it came away from the wall! we had quite a comedy morning. Still would recommend it and will probably go back again!

The self check-in process was frustrating. The code provided didn’t work, and we had to call a staff member for assistance, which defeats the purpose of a smooth self-check-in.•The staff were cold and unfriendly, even after checkout. There was no polite farewell or basic customer care from the woman at the breakfast area.•The breakfast experience was poor. The restaurant was empty, and the food offered did not justify the €68 price tag. Very limited and not fresh.•The location of the hotel was also disappointing, with no pleasant view or atmosphere as expected from the listing.•Overall, the value for money €68 was very low, and the lack of hospitality left a bad impression.

Public transport connection failed ? so my day was ruined because I walked for 2 hours instead of a 10 minute pt then shower, change and get to see this town.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those travelling via Germany further to the West of Europe and need a place to stay to have a rest after a day's drive and before hitting the road on the following day. The hotel's location is literally 3 minutes drive from the motorway. The place has its own parking which is convenient. The rooms are spacious and there's an electric kettle, tea and a small fridge,

We did not like the breakfast - very poor choice and no options for vegans.We were not allowed to the eating room with our dog - which we would understand and accept if the same rule applied for everyone. The problem was that there was one lady accompanied by her dog already in the room, so we found this treatment a little bit unfair.

Clean and comfortable at great value. Large room. We didn't see any staff but there was a phone number through which we got instructions to retrieve the key from a key box.

Maybe we should have mentioned breakfast when booking. Now it saiid 'to be paid at location' but there was no one at the location and the breakfast room was closed.

I cannot say anything good about this hotel because all impression was spoiled after the check out. I came there for 1 night to visit concert. I've guaranteed the reservation with credit card via booking com. During the check in no one was on the reception. I called to the phone number and a man explained me how to check in to my room. He does not mention anything about payment and I was thinking - ok, maybe during the check out.Next day 1st at all I skipped breakfast, because on booking was mentioned that its till 11 a.m, and I came after 10 - everything was finished and some lady told me - sorry it was till 10 am. Ok.After that I left the hotel. No one was on reception again and I thought, maybe if they don't care about payment they will charge it later from card on the booking. com.As soon as I was in the train from Hannover some man started call me, said that I left hotel "without payment" and I should immediately back and pay or he will call the police. I told him - what the problem? Can you just charge it from the credit card? He said - no, you should back personally right now.In the end I called to the hotel reception number and they asked me to send card details to their hotel's email, and after that they took payment from me. It was the same card which I have o booking.com as guarantee.This is not my job to "remind" them about the payment and instead of making all this problems, they could normally explain me how to pay during the check in or check out by phone. Or put someone on the reception.That old man was very rude while calling me and i do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel if you don't want to have spoiled mood afterwards.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had an upstairs room with a large roof terrace.Plenty of free parking on site.The bathroom was spacious.Ideal if you need somewhere to stopover.Shops were only a short drive away.

The hotel was fine but there's not a lot to do in the town.We didn't see any shops, restaurants or bars nearby.
