Cons -
- For my kind of travel (without a car) the hotel's location was too far away from the Kiel Canal. I felt stranded.
- the room was too hot and without aircon, the window could not be left open due to a spider and mosquitoe infestation and I had to catch 7 largish arachnids before my darling wife went to bed
- Pillow on bed was very thin. I needed to fold it twice for some support, but that worked.

From the moment we arrived to departure nothing was to much trouble for the staff, wonderful food,great beer and terrific location,you will not be disappointed

Great breakfast. Balcony with big door provided great cool-down in evening/night, as no airco is available. I could park car below balcony. Very quiet area. Very friendly crew.

Friendly staff at this genuine, family run hotel off the beaten path. The restaurant is good with alternatives for both meat and veggie lovers. Very comfortable beds.
