Location, clean, quite.

Very nice and clean place,we've got privacy and quiet. Well equiped kitchen. Convenient parking spot right next to the entrance.

I missed information about towels not being included in bed linens. Got only 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and shower gel for 3 people and 4 nights.

Cabin was tidy, spacious and clean. The children enjoyed the pool. We liked the natural surroundings. The cabin was good value for money. The location was great - only a few stops from Rotterdam by train (after a 20 minute walk to the station) and there are plenty of nice towns (such as Gouda) nearby to explore.

The quality of the food in the restaurant was variable. The BBQ ribs for example were excellent, but the burgers were not of a high quality (the buns were dry and unappetising.)

Great park, plenty of little trails to run, walk, bike etc. Playgrounds for the kids were nice, clean and functioning. Low noise from neighbors, duck were having fun under our window every night though. Gave us a one garbage bag and some mini toiletries along with a roll of paper and a single washmashine tablet...

They have hidden charges they pull out only after you can't cancel the booking anymore. It was 20 euro per day! They expect you to vacuum and take the linen out the beds, throw the trash etc. Nobody comes in mid stay to clean up or change linen etc. Beds weren't comfortable to 2/4 of us. Towels are EXTRA by default. Staff works there 9-5 literally and you have a 2h check in window. We did manage to find someone working in the restaurant so we learned that our key is in a box and found it thankfully. Prices are higher than what you can find around, but not too high. We didn't see much people around and the restaurant seemed a bit understaffed when we ate there. Overall I expected better but still managed to have a positive stay.

Peaceful area outside of the city. Important to have a car or ride a bicycle as you are out of the city centre of town.

The pillows and bed- too soft

The staff were super friendly and easy to talk to. The place is really clean and beds were comfortable. I love the convenience of having a kitchen and the complementary package they have which included some dishwashing soap and scrub, toilet tissue, coffee and tea stuff, mini toiletries and dish rag. Water pressure is great and hot water too.

It’s a little too pricey. The sink took a while to drain and after showering, there’s always a bit of a puddle on the floor outside the glass shower door. We brought our own bath towels and we had to use it on the floor. It was soaked from the puddle every time someone takes a shower. The shower door needs to have a better seal. The pool was ok, no lifeguard and had some debris floating on it. It’s not that bad, at least our son still enjoyed it. Wish it was heated though so I could have swam too. There was a sauna at our place but it was locked. Since we were only there for the night, it wasn’t such a big deal.

The apartment was comfy in general, well decorated and with the basics provided. Nice view and quiet area. They have different facilities around the camp which we didn't use this time.

The room and the twin beds were very small so this room wasn't as comfortable as the double room. You need a car to get there and reach other places.

A house located on a canal among nature. Parking space at the cottage. A comfortable house with adjustable heating. It was nice to live there

Our chalet was new, small, a bit too on top of the neighbours, but pretty. Beds were comfortable. Remember to bring your own towels (and in some cases linnen).

Big mess-up with the entrance documents. Someone not thinking ripped my information off the door (map to the correct house). Took me over an hour to get the proper assistance. The chap who helped (day 2 on the job) was very friendly. The restaurant manager helped but there was an undercurrent of mockery. The restaurant food on the property needs a bit of a revival. Below par.

Modern, spacious and nice garden landscaping.

There are still some construction around our chalet and this cause some dust and discomfort.Tight parking.

Amazing place, clean, bright, calm! We stayed 4 nights, but was sad to leave it! Very comfortable apartaments!

The location was great. We were close to everything: Rotterdam, Hague, Gouda, Kinderdijk, Delft, even Amsterdam. The parc were it is situated was very nice

The houses are quite small for 6 people (2 families with 1 child each). For 1 family with more children it suits much better. But even so we had a great time

Clean, well located to Gouda if needed but also close to the motorways. Good facilities and things to do, pool was being renovated when we stayed but overall really well set out etc.

Lots of building work taking place. We were staying out of season so in fairness to be expected. Have to say though that it wasn’t overly noisy, just disruptive here and there.

I liked the environnement en the location close to main attractions. The chalet was clean and wel equiped.

The works all around, i would have liked to be warn in advance (not just a little line on topparken website but a line in the description in Booking's website

Friendly staff, good prices

Extremely clean, spacious and super bright place. The kitchen was complete with everything you might need and even had a washing machine (perfect)!Staff was super kind and promptly assisted us every time we needed. The living room had a comfortable and big couch and a good size smart TV. Wifi worked well.

Electricity: we had daily problems as everything kept going down up to 8 times a day...very annoying specially because we were during the winter (heats went off all the time) and working (wifi went off as well). They even offered us to move, but we didn't want to pack everything again as we were staying for over 10 days and already had everything settled. (One less star for this)I believe it might be perfect for summer but the electricity couldn't handle the heats on during winter...No toilet paper: even booking clearly sais it does includes toilet paper the place only gives you 1 single roll, no matter how many days or people are staying. (One less star for this)No couple bed: it has 2 single mattresses and beddings, so not the best comfort for a couple.

Large and clean

Was in the middle of a building site. Had large cranes operating on around our site. One day could not park and other lodgers were taking short cuts across the lawn in front of the static home to by pass cranes. A shame as otherwise an enjoyable stay. Building Work started at 7am each day hardly a holiday rest!

Good location, close to Rotterdam and the Hague, in a nice green area. Good wifi.

The bungalow wasn't clean and felt tired, even though it's only 2 years old. Due to the installation of many new bungalows there were a lot of works going on, so it was quite muddy across the park
