Very good location, very friendly staff, they very helpful and really trying make your stay the best passible.

The hotel room allocated wasn't 4 stars, and the price that we paid was way too high (860 PLN for 4 nights = £172)The room alocated looked and smelled awful (strong damp/mould smell); dusty; the mattresses were thin and very hard; the sink tap was fully oxidised; very low water pressure; mould present on the shower doors, air conditioning flap was broken and no fridge in the room.On the first morning at 6 am, a group of people made terrible noise by dragging their suitcases down the 3 step stairs, looking like they were inside the room. There was no sound isolation from the corridor to the bedroom.If I didn't complain to be moved to another room, our stay would have been really bad.The room they moved us to was much better, but still, not 4 stars.The parking was not included in the booking and was overpriced (35 PLN per day = £7 per day; total 140 PLN= £28). The parking worked by taking a ticket in every entrance at the barrier and validating the ticket at the reception every time going out. Not practical at all.Finally, the staff didn't speak English well, even had to use Google Translate to communicate.Overall, 1000 PLN (£200) for this stay was not worth the price and the 4 stars rating. I have stayed in 4 star hotels in the past that were much better and cheaper. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

the location is not perfect for leisure. Beds could be a bit wider.

Nice location near to the park with parking lot. The pool is nice.

Clean and spacious room with everything you need. Pool was great for our little one. Lovely breakfast with good choice of food. Great location.

The only minus was breakfast charge for a 6 year old same as adult.

Outdated, no gym, sauna and steam room open at 16:00, paid car park (you need to take a ticket each time you enter and have it validated at the reception before you leave. You need to follow this procedure each time you enter and leave no matter how many times a day), poor water pressure.

Great location, clean, very nice service, restaurant to recommend.

Terrible room acoustics. You could hear all the noises from the neighboring apartment: TV, neighbors' conversations. We didn't sleep most of the night, after the first night we canceled the next one, which was already paid for. The hotel is aware of the problem of noise from neighboring rooms, as evidenced by negative customer reviews on booking and the lack of surprise at the reception desk when the problem is reported. Due to a completely unsuccessful stay (we returned home tired after a sleepless night), the hotel offered and refunded PLN 400, which is completely inadequate to the amount paid - over PLN 2,000. One basic element ruins any sense of staying at this hotel. I do not recommend.

From the outside, the hotel is promising, but inside it seems that the hotel has seen a lot - it lacks a sense of cleanliness and freshness. Anyway, everything is fine, but very small details are completely unimportant, but they form the general picture that it can definitely be better

The door handles wobble, the door closes slowly, the smell of the pool is felt (some kind of smell in general).

Nice SPA zone

It was a wedding party in the restaurant and that is why it was really noisy even at room , even at night (after 00:00).

Rich Breakfast, good parking

Soundproofing is horrible. You can hear everything from the neighbour room. Wifi didn't reach the room at all.

All the Sauna experiences, the Seanse saunowe were a good experience. The staff is very helpful and kind, from reception to Sauna area, all of them, big thanks. The room was good size for 4 people, beds are comfortable, clean. The breakfast had many options, sweet, salty, cakes, fruits, many variations and all was fresh. In the Sauna area, Patrick asked to people to follow the rules, thanks Patryck for that, you make the experience more pleasant. Thanks Katarzyna from reception too. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the other person there.I definitely would back there.

After sauna, some guests went directly to the swimming pool without showering, some of them even kept the towel inside the swimming pool. We were told by the staff no to do it, but a few guests do not follow the instructions.

I was there for business, so only sleeping in the room. I would not stay there for leisure or holidays. Its a simple hotel.

Toilet was rather closet than a separate room, so if you are planning to stay with another person, consider that, because there is no privacy.

The restaurant is very good. The dishes are well designed and prepared, a nice surprise to see such an elaborate and nice restaurant. The service is also great

Structure. Good bones.

Position of the bed (difficult to get intk for the person against the wall), size of the room, out of date furniture. No smart TV; in fact, really out of date TV. Paper thin walls - noisy.

Very attentive and helpful staff who spoke perfect English. Nice decor both inside and out, with a good bar/restaurant and health spa area including a pool. My room was clean and tidy with effective air conditioning and a nice balcony to relax on. The room was also quiet and I slept well on all 4 nights of my stay. The reception staff were happy to arrange packed breakfasts for when we needed to make an early morning start.

Not much really. A very minor point that didn't really affect me, a curtain was missing from one side of the door to the balcony.
