Confusing property layout. Staff approach - they need training in customer service - reception, housekeeping, restaurant and spa staff.

The breakfast was better that other hotels that I stay in Starchovice. The Hotel is located near the Factory, so a nice 3 min morning walk to the Plant.

Very clean and efficient run hotel. Staff were very welcoming and the food good too! Location and price hard to judge as were staying specifically for MSPO Exhibition which was 45 mins away and I’m sure price reflected the demand too

Aircon in my room was underpowered

Two single beds in a double room. This wonderful hotel can make it perfect with some attention to the beds

Style, Spotless clean, good size bedroom and toilet, easy parking with two entrance, game room, entertainment for kids, best breakfast we ever had.

Only down side was the distance from the room to the bar and restaurant but on the other end seconds from the Spa.waiting time at the restaurant was not acceptable. Empty tables but we still waited an hour for our meals.

Was warm & had underfloor heating

I liked the breakfast, a good selection of dishes, it was delicious.

I didn't like a lot of things. I am an experienced traveler and for the first time I was asked for an additional payment in order to check in earlier. The reception staff was unfriendly and rude. For hotel slippers, they also wanted an additional payment. The restaurant is under renovation already, judging by the reviews for 2 years. The prices in the bar (aka the restaurant) are very high. There was a party on the floor all night, someone decided to celebrate a birthday right in the room opposite. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars.

The room was ok , dinner was perfect. The waitress was very nice and caring.

The staff in the evening I came were not that helpful and nice. Quite cold.

Nice pool area, very professional receptionists and staff, good breakfast, clean and cozy rooms.

It was wonderful, the personal is amazing, regarding that the hotel is small and near the road - it's a miracle that you have impression about out of the town hotel. I advice to go by car to the small lake near the hotel - there are the cafe with a little lounge zone - really nice place

I’ve been in Poland ?? 4 different cities this hotel from stuff to facilities from kitchen to rooms perfect..

There seems to be everything you need available. Unfortunately we had no time to check out the gym etc. Nevertheless the hotel is in good shape and the breakfast was good. Everybody was friendly. There are many parking spots right outside.

The hotel is quite pricy especially considering the location (city/area). Unfortunately nobody enforced the Covid regulations (wearing masks) at breakfast. Furthermore our room could have been a bit bigger and we only had a small roof window which you barely could reach to open but no chance to look outside on the street/landscape except in the sky.

Ambiente in the hotel was nice. A lot of possibilites like Squash, table hockey, table tennis and SPA & Sauna. Big parking place. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was very good.

Too less place in the Spa for relax, More deckchairs would be nice - 7 deckchairs are sure too less.

we paid more and reserved a double bed but got a twin one.nobody from the staff was wearing masks .

Spacious, comfortable Room provides excellent opportunities for resting. I really liked that it was quiet and peaceful even thought there were lots of guests (also with small kids) in a hotel. You can stay here with dogs.

Water pressure was low, don’t know why since the hotel has a pool and lots of water facilities but shower time was quite demanding.The price for a stay with a dog is rather high, not sure how that’s justified.

5 star quality in many aspects without the 5 star prices and stiffness. Fantastic staff, great breakfast. No fuss spa where they do listen to you and respect what you say (do not try to be an authority and pressure you to purchase services and thins) straight conversation, professional service. If you like dimmed lights and sensual ambience, ask, I loved a down to "what do I have in mind, what is the Spa standard offer, how we can adjust".

It was unusually warm for this time of the year (I know because I lived there for many years) and AC was a bit underpowered. Opening a window for the night helped.
