Hotel Hetmański

It is super cheap and right next to the highway which makes it a good choice if all you need is a place to crash after a day of driving.The staff was kind.

The room was quite run down. Half of the lightbulbs were not working and the bathroom was mouldy. It smelt like chlorine, so it must have been cleaned, but I really wished I had taken slippers for the shower.

Bad internet connection, tv doesn't work, not double bad, 2 single, water under shower stays

Location by the highway was convenient for us.

The room was freezing cold in January.

We were 6 people going to the hotel (booked 3 rooms), but the car with 4 people broke down, so me and 3 other people didn't make it to the hotel. The other 2 people did. The hotel cancelled my booking and returned the money and made a new booking for the friends who actually made it to the hotel, which I thought was very nice of the hotel. Thank you!

I stopped there for one night on my way to the direction of Warsaw and onwards. The location is right next to the highway, which makes the stop very convenient when passing by. There is also a gas station right next door. The room was surprisingly large with 3 beds, a large balcony and 2 toilets. Staff speaks English well. The price-quality ratio is in place.

Maybe a little noise from the highway bothers some people, but not me.

Location - near the our travel route. Staff very hepfull , food was really polish and tasty !!!

Please cut the grass around the hotel till next time - and we will stay onesmore !

The Reception Gentleman was very kind, helpful and good even though at times bit little iffy. He allowed to have an early breakfast and also helped get me going out earlier than planned.

Room was fine but the shower was broken - it worked still so cannot blame him for that.

Quite a spacious room.

It is really noisy, the bed was very uncomfortable (with broken springs). There was a black mold in the shower, no warm water in the evening.

It is a decent motel for overnight stay. Its glorious days are long gone decades ago but it still has that past chic echo. Good value. I guess they are really strugling to survive.

Well on booking it says it is pet friendly but it has plenty of signs that dogs are not allowed neither to the hotel nor to the restaurant. But... for an additional fee everything is possible. If you pay the right amount you can even have your pet elephant in da room.

For a motel it was ok. Room was nice. No wifi in the rooms, no wifi in the restaurant.

Hotel does not manage rooms availability on Booking

Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that there were no available rooms (it was late evening and I was with a child). Hotel manager said that the hotel is in Poland, and the Booking is in the Netherlands and they does not know about the rooms availability. And before ordering a room, you need to call (!) to the hotel and ask about the rooms availability. Nonsense!!!Money was debited from my card.

The hotel has a very convenient location for a quick overnight stay, next to the highway.

Very old towels, some even turned yellow. There was no hair dryer in the room.

The reception staff was speaking English fluently, but positive things end here.

We were greeted by a lovely, a bit nationalistic man, who after asking if it’s possible to have a room with a single bed,instead of double, answered,quote: “you have to pay xx extra, but IT’S CHEAP FOR YOU. “ The negatives didn’t end there - after checking the room we found that the towels are dirty, the bed sheet has a burned hole from the cigarette, the wc seat was dirty, and the room didn’t have a garbage bin. The checkout didn’t go smoothly aswell - we have to wait until receptionist will have her breakfast and morning cigarette
