Hotel Podzamcze

The hotel is rather 1 or 2 star. Everything is in a bad shape in a room, feels like it will disintegrate from a single touch, starting from a shower holder to breadbasket during breakfast. The towels look old and dirty, the pillows are really bad. Shower has a strong smell of mold and chemical cleaner. The room has 0 soundproofing. We stayed on friday and they had disco all night, so it was very difficult to sleep.

Charged twice and not willing to communicate in English

Paid in advance for my dad but they made him to pay again after staying. I spent a month to get money back. And they didn’t even try to communicate in English so i had to use translation to understand their answers. Polish chauvinism

The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. The room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff, great wi-fi and spacious parking lot. I highly recommend it

It's ok place for one night, just to get some sleep and then drive away.

It was hard to communicate with personal. I know English and Russian, but the person knew only Polish, big language barrier.

Not to far from the work location

Only Polish is spoken. Communication very difficult.Bed was worn out. Felt like sleeping on a plank. Poor breakfast and poor service.

It was clean and fresh, including the bed sheets. The breakfast was good.

It was our second visit here and both times there was a huge party in the restaurant with loud music. It kept going till 5 am, so we couldn't sleep. We were annointed the rooms over the restaurant, and we couldn't change it. When asked, the personel told us it was the same every weekend. Coffee was disguisting.

Very unfriendly reception, I would say rather aggressive because we don't speak Polish. We were two couples, we had booked two nights two double rooms with one large bed but we got two quadruple rooms with four single beds in each room. The receptionist answered all my questions only with: no English only Polish. The receptionist does not even think to listen and solve the situation. The hallway to the room was crammed with furniture, it looked like you had to go through a warehouse to get to the room. At breakfast, it was necessary to ask to refill the juice and bring clean dishes, on this request very unpleasant facial expressions were received from the receptionist. We will never come back here and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location. Breakfast was good. Territory was lovely.

Staff did not speak English, which is very important if you work in the hotel business. As we stayed there the party was going until 1:00pm, so there was not much of a sleep for us

Good location. The room was clean and comfortable.

Disappointing facilities and unacceptable noise

Played loud music until 5am on Saturday night / Sunday morning, which prevented any sleep. Then awoken by road noise and curtains not fitting the windows. Shower did not get hot and shower head placement adjustment was broken. Some of the staff spoke no English, which made checkout difficult -- despite claim on hotel info that English is spoken. Room did not have aircon, even though hotel info says it does. Buffet breakfast ran out of plates during one day of the stay.

They had loud music and party at the restaurant all night until 4am without any prior notice. The shower has mold.

Food in the restaurant is really exceptional. The garden around the hotel is well-kept and groomed. General quality of the building and its furniture is high.

Staff didn't speak English. Breakfast was moderate. Lighting in the bathroom is awful.

Pirce is okay, but of course the location is far from the city. The room was pretty good overall.

There is some good chunk of mold in the shower. Large spiders infest this place outside at night, so not the best place if you are arachnophobic. God my face in spiderweb string when returning late at night. One small spider was inside which is not a big deal when comparing to thouse outside.
