Pros +

• I stayed here just for two nights and unfortunately there were more things I didn't like. American pancakes as for breakfast choice were very delicious. Bed was amazing. Room itself was very spacious. Balcony is small, but it does its job. When I made a reservation for spa, turned out I was the only one going there that evening. So that my spa experience was pleasing enough. Saunas and the pool were amazing I cannot argue with that.
• The interior of the rooms is outstanding Staff is great, very attentive to personal needs It is quite Fabtastic spa Great value for money

Cons -

• As I have already mentioned, my stay in this hotel was not as impressive as I thought it would be. Starting from the simple things: I feel sorry for the girl in the front desk. She has to use apple airpods as her hearing device apparently. Not removing them while speaking with a customer. You will not find wifi password inside the room or on your card holder. You will have to call/go to the front desk and ask the password yourself. Window curtains are automatic and you have to use the remote. But the curtains right next to beds are not responding properly. "Soundproof" is not soundproofing as it's supposed to be. Sitting in the couch you WILL hear what going on in your neighbors' room and the sound will come from the hallway. And what's even funnier - if you have someone staying above your room, you will definitely hear them using the toilet and flushing. That was not pleasing. That was not expected to happen in a 5 star hotel. Lights problem. Room itself has a lot of windows but in the hours of darkness, when I had to use lights I was disappointed. The toilet which is right next to the door had a very-very bad lighting. I could barely see the room. The lights in the master bathroom were designed just to be there and make a false impression that there is a lot of light. Simply because when I tried using the vanity table as my makeup station - I couldn't. I didn't see my reflection at all. And the lights made shadows all across my face. Bathroom. Although it was huge and looking nice, I was, once again, disappointed. hot tub was working, but working so poorly that once I tried to switch it on it just splatted half of the room. Maybe I am not strong enough but I couldnt close the drainage in the hot tub as well. The sauna is working so lazily. I turned it on and waited quite a while, but temperature was not rising more than 42 degrees. Which makes sauna useless. Shower cabin just made me laugh. Really.
• Although it is very well maintained and clean, the decor of the rooms is already a bit old, especially you may see it on carpets. It doesnt seem to get many guests so the room service is a bit slow although overall they really try their best.
