Nice hotel, very comfy, with great restaurant and fine rooms with great amenities, big parking and good vibe.

It would be great to have a beach on premises with good access to water. The access to water now is a bit limited.

Decent price. Good food for dinner and also breakfast. Good views.

Pleasant staff and excellent food with a terrace and restaurant overlooking the lake.

In the ensuite shower cubicle there was no shelf for shampoo etc.

The sheets could have been stainless. There was an old blood stain. And the cupboard door was broken. The window was dirty. Not cleaned in years

You need to walk about 2k to the beach, part on the busy road. Not ideal. You need to have a car.

The hotel is located right beside the Zegrze lake. Amazing view. Very delicious duck and Schnitzel. Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds, pretty good design of the room. Everything was clean. Many places you can relax. The windows had nets, which were so very helpful. Will definitely be coming back to Hotel 500.

The windows didn't open fully, was a bit hot during the night. No chance to walk along the beach, or walk at all.

Location was nice. Easy to reach by car or train, nice private beach to make us of.

Be careful, this venue also hosts weddings. This is of course perfectly normal, but we were not notified about this prior to our visit, nor were we informed during the check-in process. The hotel rooms are very poorly isolated. You will hear everything that will be happening on floors below or above you, or even outside if your room is facing the lake. Parties and drunk people equal noise. And if you're not part of the wedding party, you will be made part of the party because you will hear it all. I'm not blaming the party people, I wish everyone the best time. But if the hotel would have notified us about this earlier, we could have at least anticipated or made a different decision about where we would stay. Unfortunately, we did not sleep at all during the one night we stayed there, and I think it is only fair to warn guests to be either prepared or check upfront with the hotel in case you want stay there and you are not joining a wedding party. Breakfast was very minimal, due to many guests, most of the breakfast options were gone and it was a bit of a fight to get a decent breakfast. Overall very disappointed with our stay, I would not recommend this hotel.

The location of hotel is perfect if you are looking for weekend gateway to Zegrze lake. Nice view to oversee lake from the room as well as from the dining area. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice to please everybody. Evening entertainment with dj and bar area opened until midnight was a pleasant surprise outside of season (February).In the room good updated bathroom with toiletries.

I stayed in hotel only 2 nights but for a longer stay I would request change of a room with bigger bed. I was given room with two single beds spread out which were 80-max 90cm wide. I would expect more comfortable bed size in the hotel even for single person.Not sure how soundproof hotel is but I heard the every movements in the room above mine. Once walked the floor was making a lot of noise.

Very nice and clean. We landed late in Warsaw and wanted somewhere convenient for the night. If you stay here we'd highly recommend a little bar & restaurant called Papay a few minutes from this hotel. Excellent pizza and great service for a fantastic price. Lovely place!

This hotel is away from Warsaw center, located in nice place with water view and activities. Breakfast was ok. Shower pressure - good enough. No troubles with parking.

Asked for quite room, but received next to loud elevator and above restaurant terrace area which was open for way too long. Right till 4AM we couldn't decide what is better - noise outside (other guests didn't respect the rest in the hotel) or extremely loud A/C in the room. It was hot summer days and we tried everything that night. Facilities in the room were the worst that I've seen: many broken items and that wasn't something new - it was left like that for some time. We wanted to relax in between many kilometers of our journey, but got more tired instead. This place needs to pull up a lot to reach what they state they are. Wouldn't go back.

The room was compact but clean. The super efficient air-conditioning was a god send! The housekeepers were efficient, very helpful, and always polite and cheery!The facilities were great, lots to do and the perfect location for either an exciting watersports filled holiday or a relaxing retreat!Both the breakfast and restaurant were exceptional. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone. I tried to be healthy with yoghurt, fruit, delicious bread, lean cold meat, fish, and salads with tasty dressing.. but I couldn't resist the crisp bacon, selection of sausage, and luscious scrambled eggs! Don't even get me started on the pastries, cakes, and crepes! Cereal is available, but honestly, there is so much else to try! Great coffee, teas, and juice top off this hearty breakfast perfectly!The restaurant opens for lunch right through to dinner. Words just don't do justice to the fantastic fare on offer here! Inventive menu with a distinctly Polish theme. My first experience of the vividly coloured Chłodnik is something I will never forget! It's just beautiful to eat with both your eyes and taste buds! The fish dishes should not be missed. Clever flavour combinations, perfect cooking techniques, make for a truly enjoyable gastronomic experience! The schabowy is the perfect example of a simple polish dinner, served with no unnecessary fanfare. This is the benchmark all other schabowy should be judged by! The ribs are bbq perfection! All thoughts of visiting other restaurants during our stay swiftly disappeared once we discovered just how great the onsite restaurant was!The restaurant staff are attentive without being intrusive, efficient, and friendly. A real credit to the hotel! The same can be said for all the staff we encountered during our stay!Is the hotel a little "tired" around the edges? Yes. But it's unrealistic to expect a brand new, renovated room between guests! We are living in challenging financial times people!
