- The pools are amazing. The food is generally good as well. But even regarding the pool, the towel room is only open from 9 to 5 even though pool is open from 8 to 6, meaning you can't get a towel right away and have to return it early.
Cons -
- Everything someone stole my card information
- Many things, unfortunately. Mostly customer service. Many buildings don't have an elevator and the bell hops aren't there all the time to help. We visited with three kids including a one year old and they put us on top floor w/o elevator.
