The hotel is well organized. All the staff is friendly and can solve any request.The girls at receptions are very kind and helpful

Still, maybe the best hotel in the area

Given the name of the hotel, I would expect that at least a sauna would be included in the price. However, both a sauna and a pool come with additional charge if you've booked a standard room. It's also worth noting that the spa facilities are located in a separate building about 200 meters away, and you need to walk through open parking area to reach it. This was unexpected and impacted the convenience of my stay.

Spacious room, very nice staff, tasty breakfast, parking available on site. Very good location near Zemplinska Sirava. Thermal park - perfect place to spend even the whole day;)

It is quite pricy hotel, however the quality of accommodation is very high.

The hotel is pretty new , ocated next to the Thermal Sirava Aquapark center with probably the best wellness facility in the whole Slovakia. Provided service was really good, staff very friendly and helpful.

Although the hotel is quite new, the room equipment - night tables, desk, are a bit worn.

Breakfast was amazing, way better than any other hotels we have been to, the choice of food was decent, but the food itself was delicious.

Dinner portions were a bit underwhelming. Food tasted good, but not so much to chose from , and the portion was npt really enough.

Otherwise nice modern hotel to stay at. Good Slovak salas (traditional restaurant) in walking distance.

The thermal wellness is in a separate building cca 200m reachable by walk on the street, which can be tricky on colder , windy, winter days. And entrance is not included in Booking package. Pls compare with prices offered by hotel directly where its included already. Daily ticket including the sauna land (recommended) is about 30 EUR p.p.No direct access to the lake. If thats what you are there for, there are better hotels nearby.

Breakfast - good

Lobby bar is open only till 22:00. There is a problem with public lighting in the close area, so sidewalks / paths are unlit and bumpy, so it is dangerous to walk there at night time. Entrance to the swimming pool is expensive, even if you only go for an half hour, you always pay at least 15€ there…:(. But in general hotel and location is very nice.

Modern and comfortable

Poor value for money, not very clean, little choice of food, and hotel surroundings are in poor state with no access to the water, delapidated buildings, streets and roads. Price of stay does not include any access to the waterpark, which is overpriced for what it is.

the food was exceptional, the rooms were really clean , staff very friendly , and welness was very clean too.

the check out is very early ( 10 am)

Room was spacious, clean, bathroom amazing!Whole hotel beautiful, with AC which was really appreciated during hot weather! Tasty breakfast, lovely staff!

Absolutely amazing place to stay as a couple! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The spa center was out of this world - the best we have ever been to! The breakfast was rich and tasty. The location is right next to a beautiful big lake. Absolutely recommend the place to other tourists! We would definitely return if again Slovakia!

Highly recommended, friendly staff, perfect size of the rooms,very clean and comfortable bed,good breakfast too and the view over the Sirava is stunning.
