Hotel Wkra

The staff at this hotel is excellent. The food at their restaurant was the best we had in Poland. Located just off the square in Dzialwodo couldn't be better.

At first we thought the hotel to be old and cold. That was quickly remedied by the excellent staff. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would again.

Staff was very friendly. Room was large and clean.

The hotel could use some upgrades. The carpets and curtains are old. The fixtures in the bathroom were broken. The bathroom smelled of cigarettes although we had a non smoking room.

Not much

I didnt like the duvet it was so small for a doible bed ig was like for a kid. Very uncomfortable. I jad to leave earlh and the door was lovked which delayed me.

Clean and quiet.

Beds are slightly uncomfortable for people with back problems but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Pools are nice.

For a luxury hotel it's quite poor given that the lights in the room don't work.Also there was some military unit anniversary that decided to set off fireworks in the courtyard at midnight on a Sunday. Some people want to sleep to get up early on Monday. Never seen this in a hotel before except on new years eve.Will be asking for refund.

Room 18 - Water in the shower didn’t run away properly. Had to stand in the puddle.

This hotel has good ratio of price vs quality. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast big and delicious. Also hotel location is really great - close to the town hall.

Room felt roomy. Sofa was comfortable space for watching a film. I liked to have bottle of water provided with the stay.

Room was chilly throughout the night despite radiators being set to full heat. Hot water ran out for the second person during morning shower.

Parking spaces in front of the house, wifi worked, The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious.The hotel looked clean.

There was some kind of sticky wetness between the two beds that smelled suffocating and couldn't sleep at night. There was no one at the reception. After a long wait, someone came along with whom you could not communicate. I also couldn't let it be known what the room didn't like. When we wanted breakfast, it was made clear that it was not possible to get it. Although in the morning it turned out that breakfast was served to some.

Nicely decorated and spacious rooms with “real” TV (not tiny). Super friendly staff and great breakfast. A nice old building with a cosy feeling. Superb bed comfort (in our room at least).

Nice and friendly hotel. Very clean. Quiet. Good bed. Well equipped.

The place is quite old (which I found charming), but therefore also not very soundproofed. Small bathroom.

The room was big and clean, friendly staff. Breakfast is good, but you have to ask, otherwise you get only the basic. Parking on the street, but there was always enough place.

The whole place is very cold. In winter, not very comfortable. It is cold in the room, cold in the restaurant, The first room I get, was very big, the radiator was handwarm, it was not able to heat up the big room. In the second room was a bit better, but the radiator was very loud (I think too much air in the system). I tried the restaurant twice. First time I get warm beer and the food I choosed, was not available. The quality of the food is more or less like a fast food, not very tasty, but cheap.
