Arkady Hof Hotel

The room was very clean, the location was great, was quiet and rustic. The hotel has a lot of decorations, it's really nice.

Beautiful, clean, spacious and stylish hotel with class. The food is excellent, the room was very big and gorgeous, super clean, beds very comfortable. We will definitely visit this hotel again, a hidden gem!

While travelling around Bratislava recently I unsuccessfully tried to book 2 rooms in some global hotel brand in the city center via their website. Fortunately at the same time my wife found Arkady Hof hotel on Booking and we decided to stay here. It turned out to be a good choice. We had lovely dinner in the restaurant. The rooms were great. Spacy bathroom with bidet, hooks and a shelf for towels and staff. Plenty of electric sockets in the room. The public area is nicely decorated and provides some historic background about the building for curious guests like us.The hotel is not large so menu variety during the breakfast is somewhat limited. But it was all tasty and even our kid was not left hungry :)

My wife doesn't like shower cabins in general.

It was spacious and clean and looked like it was recently renovated. I messaged to request an early check-in, and the staff was able to accommodate my request. it's a perfect place to organize your events, few minutes drive from the city.

The staff were superb, breakfast was excellent and the hotel itself was a really beautiful conversion of an old dilapidated stables; amazing place

My only regret (not a dislike) was I arrived after 10 and saw that the hotel had what looked like an amazing restaurant; next time!

We booked 3 nights and The last night was terrible. After being out all day, we got back to the hotel around 7pm to sleep because we had to leave early in the morning to go back in Bulgaria. But there was a private party in the lobby!! I said to myself, okay, it probably won't last until late since there are guests in the hotel.. but No! The party lasted until 03:15 in the morning! It was so loud we didn't sleep all night. Around 02:00 I went down to the lobby to ask the hotel staff if this is normal?! Why did they accept our booking when they hold such events?! But they didn't really care. Extremely unprofessional!! We had to leave at 04:00 and drive 10 hours to Bulgaria without sleeping.

I had a delightful stay at Arkady Hof. The hotel has a charming, small castle-like feel with a beautifully decorated interior, complete with classy furniture and lovely paintings. Parking was convenient, right in front of the hotel.The room was very spacious, and everything was extremely cozy and comfortable. My girlfriend felt like a princess in a castle. The staff was generally friendly—the guy was super nice, though the blonde lady wasn't as pleasant.Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and charming stay near Bratislava

The hotel is very beautiful designed with a lovely interior. It is located north of Bratislava. We stayed there on our way back home. It is very quite in the night, which was a plus for us. Parking is possible right in front of the hotel with lots of space. Since we arrived late and stayed just for one night, we can not say much about the additonal services the hotel might offer. The room was very nice and spacious. It even had a small hallway, which we appreciated a lot especially to leave the shoes there. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. A bottle of free water was provided. A water kettle with tea and coffee was provided.

A minibar or fridge in the room would have been great. The breakfast was okay, but could offer a bit more - especially local products. The breakfast room is quite spacious, but for no apparent reason the buffet was arranged quite narrow. If there are a lot of people at the buffet, it can get quite crowded. The breakfast and check-out times could be a bit more generous. Breakfast ends already at 9:30 a.m. and check-out is till 10 a.m. - both a bit early. It wasn´t a problem for us, since we anyway planned to leave early. However, if you there for touristic reasons and want to sleep late, it might be an issue.

Very nice hotel! Second time there, probably not the last time. Very food breakfast, confortable bed, clean room!

Even I specified in the reservation that we need a room with 2 separted beds, when we arrived there we received a room with double bed. When I kindly asked the blonde lady at reception the room I booked (I had the possibility to choose and I did it), she, bired and tired, answer that is not possible. I insisted, but she started to argue with me that this is the offer and why I don't accept it, that it is very good offer!Very bad attitude!

Beautiful, fully renovated old building. The room was comfortable and had a good design. Breakfast was ok. Staff was kind.

There was a wedding in the restaurant and our room was just above it. It was very-very-very noisy, loud electronic music, we couldn't sleep til 3 in the morning. It ruined our expected cosy weekend and wasn't worth the money we paid for it. Ask when you book your room, if there is any event in the hotel during your stay. The garden is small, not as you expect after the photos and the neighbourhood is disappointing.

Everything was new and modern even though the building has nice historical background.We got our breakfast in form of to-go when we asked.The staff was very nice to us.It was clean and had everything we need.

It would be better to have net in window. There were mosquitoes, so we would have to close window for evening.

Beautiful and peaceful place. The breakfast was delicious. Mr. Aleksandar at the reception was very kind. There are several good restaurants and pubs in the center. Excellent cycling trails. It's about a 15-20 minute drive to the center of Bratislava. Highly recommended for accommodation.
