Terme Olimia - Hotel Sotelia, Adults only

There was no kettle in the room to make something hot. And if you want to drink hot in the morning it is only from the bar which opens at 7 am. The hotel spa is more of a family spa and if you want a couples only spa you will have to pay extra.

For 300 euros/night didn't have access to family pools.Price of a stay is kinda to much

The spa facilities are the best and it's kid-friendly.

The additional access to some of the facilities couldn't be purchased for our entire stay. We needed to purchase it on a daily basis.

The spa is OK.

The hotel Sotelia is pretty old. Personnel not so gentle and food not so bad, but always the same. It needs an huge upgrade. Actually is more a 3 stars than a 4 plus stars. Disappointing.

Orhidelia was the best part. No children, only couples which was great, especially if you need privacy and rest.

It’s a very beautiful property with clean and comfortable and spacious rooms.

The staff is so so. They should be trained a bit more to offer better customer service. Moreover, the food offered during the dinner is poor with vegetarian or vegan options even though they promote their “greenness” all around the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very modern rooms. Very clean. Beds, pillows, lights in room- everything was perfect. Heating in room is also very good.There are two towels and bathrobe per person intended for pools so you dont need to take those things from home.Breakfast and dinner- one of the best in my life. Very big selection of high -quality food. All employees are top professionals. When you stay in this hotel you have access to pool with thermal water. Pool is clean, big enough, there is relaxing area and restaurant as well.Highly recommended.

Price of hotel is very high. Sauna is naked area and I just dont like that. We were not told that our ticket doesnt include Family fun pool so we could spend time only at one pool without any amusement for children (except nice hot water of course..). There is only one place (restaurant) where you can eat during the lunch time. Food is tasty, portions are big but be prepared to stay in line and wait.

Access to the thermal spa and the possibility to upgrade (€33/person/day) to gain access to therme Orhidelia which is really worth it.Very nice breakfast/dinner with a lot of healthy options.

It was very hot in our room, the airco also didn't seem to do much when we turned it on, we ended up having to sleep with the window open.No possibility to turn in your towels and get new ones especially when visiting the spa.

Hotel did not suitable for child and baby care, - hotels stairs are not adapted for children's strollers - child/baby strollers must be carried in the hands if tyou want to use Family fun SPA. This really can produce unnecessary obligation ...Hotels parking are not included in the price .

Food was fantastic, both for breakfast and dinner. Room was large and with a great view! Bad and pillow were very comfortable!!

Bedclothes could have been changed more frequently

Great breakfast and dinner. I also liked fresh fruit and water in the room. Lots of activities you can do with a child.

Everything here is exceptional. Good food, comfortable rooms and easy underground access to the pools and saunas. The staff is friendly and professional.

Small one, but still important - There could be more hooks for hanging up towels in the bathrooms.

Staff excellent, rooms clean and comfortable, food excellent in both, variety and taste. Spa area waste, good organized and with a lot of features. Good also that it is organized in a way to have some more quiet and secluded areas too. All well organized.

I've paid quite high rate and yet, didn't have access to the best Spa area. Last time I was in Sotelia I didn't have limitation to usage of the Spa despite the fact I've paid significantly less.

The Room was comfy

We were extremely dissatisfied, to the point that we left 1 night earlier than planned. We received a 50EUR voucher from the receptionist who was very sweet and felt very bad but we are not coming again and will of course never use that voucher.It's a complete false marketing on booking.com. We booked for the wellness part which turned out it's not included and you have to pay extra. Not only that but it was also all booked out, so we couldn't even pay to get to the SPA. There was only 1 massage slot and we couldn’t even choose which massage we want.Which means for us it was just an average hotel with a pool.I was surprised how awful the food was as the ratings here were all pretty amazing on the food part.It was terrible! I couldn't believe they didn't manage one proper meal. The broccoli was dead, the pasta was swimming in white sauce which was supposed to be cheese sauce. The meat was burnt on the outside bloody on the inside.And the omelette was my highlight because I thought no one can mess up an omelette. However, it was possible! They just kept on spilling oil on the grill plate. The plate wasn’t cleaned from the previous omelette so they just added all the burnt leftovers in my omelette and the choice was only onions and zucchini and it was only 9.30am. Then finally she said ok she’ll take cheese and brought back chunks of cheese and didn’t remove the ends, so just added them inside as well. While she was away to get the cheese the oil on the plate was just burning including all the other leftovers. She comes back without cleaning and starting all over she just served me the wonderful oily, uncooked omelette with burnt vegetables inside. Don’t get me started on the porridge!The reviews I read were all hyped about how much food there was, I would’ve been happier with less choice and at least one meal tasty.

Property is amazing, specially the underground connection with the SPA.

Room smelled funky. Probably because they have selected rooms to stay with dogs. :/ Breakfast area is packed, and not as nice as the rest of the hotel and spa.
