Hotel Kapitany Wellness

Amazing place if you want to use their saunas for extraordinary experience. Though the hotel decoration might seem a bit outdated it still offers luxury in size of the rooms and comfort. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Good food. Their saunas, pools and other services like sauna and meditation rituals are just top notch. Great place to relax and recharge.

It would be nice to have a drinking fountain in the sauna and pools. The only water available was through the bar.

The hotel was great, good location, clean rooms and great food. Bonus that they organized programs for the visitors and a great dinner.

Breakfast and dinner was various and delicious. Wellness facilities and services were excellent. Many pools, indoors and outdoors, great for kids as well. EV charging station. The view on the castle.

Constant music in the courtyard and loud live music EVERY. SINGLE. EVENING. Old and loud air conditioning unit in the room. Did not feel as family/kid friendly as it was advertised, especially for younger kids. No dark curtains or blinds were available in the room.

Location is very beutiful, there are many programs for children. Our room was big and spacious.

Food. It is a wellness hotel however we could mostly choose from fatty and unhealthy foods. Barely any healthy option. Not at all suitable for vegeterians or vegans.

It is a good hotel for a weekend. The staff and food are amazing. There is a program for the children. And the castle is worth to visit.

The Spa area was cold. Some saunas did not work, making the other saunas crowdy.

Second night dinner was super, delicious and tasty aswell the breakfasts.The staff is very helpful and polite.

I was disappointed with the beef stew's texture during my recent visit. The meat was overcooked and tough, detracting from the overall dining experience. For a dish of this caliber, I expected a more tender and succulent quality.There was a door between 2 guest rooms and the neighbours were very loud until 3am. At least we had an extra bed which was useful as an insulation as you can see at the pictures. The other side of the room was a cleaning tool room, so the early morning was very noisy too at 7am. Luckly the staff gave a new room and that was quiet.

1st room overlooked rooftops, complained and moved to better view room but was much smaller and with out couchasked for price adjustment and was refused

Everything. Cleanliness, great food, great location, polite staff.

Beautiful swimming pool and outdoor area. Remind us of Spain or Italy. Love going to the pool and looking up is the castle. The show is superb! The staff is friendly and helpful. Also enjoy the children disco too.

The room really needs updating. We really don’t like the carpet. It makes the room dark and out dated.

The hotel has a very nice surroundings and view to the castle from the reception (if you want the same view from your room, it has an extra charge). The wellness area is spacious, nice design. Food was tasty, good variety. Staff was very friendly. Extra program of knight tournament included in the package free of charge. Bar, billiard, table tennis available, free parking.

The hotel is overpriced compared to the offerings and being a 4star superior: the room design is old fashioned, the bathroom was very poorly organized, old hair dryer, worn towels, no toiletries. We booked a double bed room and received a room with 3 single beds. The staff was kind and quick to change but had an extra price. Coffee at breakfast was very very bad.

EXCELLENT HOTEL, FANTASTIC HISTORIC ATMOSPHERE! I TRAVELLED A LOT IN MY LIFE, IT IS A WONDERFUL S T Y L E !! I OFFER IT TO EVERYBODY INCL HIGH SOCIETY PEOPLE!
