Easy to enter even at late night, self check in and check out was very easy.

Very ugly! Dirt and very cold in the room. Very bad food. There is no staff, you have no one to talk to... there is no one at the reception ever. I do not recommend!

I DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!! Very badly located location, no parking space, very bad and old food and you have to walk 200m to the location where breakfast is served. There is NO one at the reception neither in the morning nor in the evening. There is NO heat in the room at all, I was freezing from the cold... and as for the cleanliness, I can say that it was cleaner if I slept outside on the park bench. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Rooms were nice, clean and well heated.

Breakfast on Sunday was served only in the fridge to which we did not get the access code.There was no place where to eat the breakfast, just in the rooms which have no suitable seating and tables for eating.

We spent here 1 nightVery cold room, the heating doesen't worked, nowbody answer on phone......we get an answer on mail, on check out day at 11 'o clock, when we already leaved the room (check out before 10 on theire rules)

Very nice and clean rooms. We got a free update to the suite since our original room had a bit of a smell from the last occupants. The restaurant in the building is also very nice. Dogs were welcome and free of charge. We had a perfect stay.

There was no one on site. There was no one to contact by telephoe after six. I had no information in my room regrading the breakfast I had paid for. The internet did not work. I finally resolved the breakfast problem at 8am the next morning and the breakfast offered at the local bakery was very basic. Given all the interesting towns nearby, I think there are better options than Schwarzach.

We are on a long cycling trip and it was a stop between places. There wasn’t a lot of choice. There are no staff, it’s all operated by text messages and key pads. The wi-fi did not work in rooms (friend also staying and same for them). It was a hot day and the room was stuffy and quite cramped. The bed was comfortable and a good size. Not many places to put anything on in our room other than a wardrobe in the hallway. Bathroom very small but decent shower and bathroom had a fan. With no air conditioning it makes sleeping well difficult. The town is dead on a Weds. Italian restaurant under hotel very good and one of only two places open. Bakery where you can have breakfast very good and close by.

We booked this hotel as an overnight stay during a long car journey and it was easy to find just a couple of miles off the motorway. They sent pictures of the entrance and key code for our room before we arrived and we were able to get in easily. everything was clean and comfortable and just what we needed after a long day on the road. A lovely supermarket just a 5 min drive away too.

Something went wrong when we booked, so the hotel was closed when we booked our stay. The staff was friendly and organized everything so we could stay in a nice room anyway, but no staff no breakfast…. Unfortunately it was on a Sunday we woke up so no breakfast available in the neighbourhood. We bought some the night before in the store and had wonderful dinner near the monastery .
