A 2 min walk to the train station. Also a 5 min walk to cafes, resturants and stores
Hotel staff was really nice, by the train station. AC worked very well

Cons -

Room size is small and a bit dated. Not 4 star but what I expected and is a great base for Venice.
First off, hotel stars in Italy are no where even close to US standards. This was close to a 2 star hotel l, maybe a 3 star if you stretch it. The lock was having issues, the ceiling was leaking and the ceiling tile fell down in the middle of the night.
Its not a 4 star hotel, 2 is maximum.
