Pros +
- There was no crowd (Thursday/ Friday) and noise, so it was a great time to swim in the aquapark and relax long hours. Water in the pools is warm enough to spend there many hours. It’s possible to enjoy the swimming outside- and that’s what we love the most.

- Rooms were good size for family of 3. Food at the restaurant is quite decent, especially breakfast. As to the diner, if you wish to have good choice of food, I would recommend going as soon as the restaurant is open, the later you go, the less food to chose from left.

- The hotel restaurant closed at 7 pm, so when we finished playing at the pools at 8 pm, we had to go to the town to dine. No bathrobes and hotel flip flops available (extra paid if you want them). Poor network.
- Dirty toilets, towels hasn’t been changed durning the stay at all. Reception Staff not too friendly. And food :( well, one day was nice full buffet and another day was just few items, kind of leftovers from previous days. Once asked lady in the kitchen why is that, she said that buffet is working only when full booking. I would not stay in this hotel again.
- 1/3 of hotel facilities were closed or unavailiable. Towels were dirty and smelly. Staff very unpleasant and difficult. Lack of client friendly approach. Entertaiment for kids/family even though advertised was not availiable. Wild river swimming pool closed, no information whatsoever around that. Most small bars accros resort closed, no explanation. Swimming area is tired and signs of leak comming through the ceiling. Pool area, especially stairs to slides are cover in green algae/ fungi. It looks very discomforting, as all kods are walking around bearfoot.

Everything was in one place, swimming pools were very nice, water warm, slides exciting. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from.
Speed of WiFi was really bad, there was quite a lot of limescale in the bathrooms

Especially terrace was in a horrible condition. There was no play are for kids only old wooden house. One restaurant only buffet. Breakfast was nice. No bar are you hang out. Pools were ok. Kids have fun The property looks much better on photos then in reality.
