Hotel Krasicki

Breakfast was good. Location was great. We love the atmosphere of the hotel.

Size of the single beds.

Breakfast ok - good choice of options for everyone. Room clean. Staff nice ane helpful. Good location.

No sufficient parking space. Entry gates working in an odd way. In hot humid weather a fan is not a solution good enough.

Room was very clean, 2 separate beds, view toward the courtyard, service great , Close to Museum, nice, but not excellent SPA, great restaurant located in the cellar and very good selection of food.

Room rather small, asked for deep tissue massage, but it was more like regular massage. NO A/C, NO free parking .

We stay here each time we are in Lidzbark. It's a lovely location and building. Food is always good, especially breakfast with lots of choice. We stayed over the weekend and it was ram jammed so the pool was constantly full, but on Sunday it was possible to swim without bumping into someone.

Very high charge for the car park on top of what is already an expensive room rate. The room next to ours were raucous and when we complained, the receptionist said it couldn't be them making the noise which went on for hours. After going back to her, she rang the room and the occupant admitted that he had very noisy guests. It would have been nice to be believed and action taken.

The restaurant was excellent as was breakfast. The ambience of the castle and the tower library was special. The special history of the castle makes it a special visit

Nice location and architecture of the building

Breakfast was not as good as expected from a 4 star hotel. It was lacking variety

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay, clean room. The swimming pool is wonderful. No problem with communication in English.

Fascinating historical building!

Unpersonal. No information in English. I did not feel particularly welcome as a foreigner.

The breakfast was outstandig

The Manager on Duty was pretty rough- I travelled with my bike and I had the Impression , that i was Not so wellcome.

Spa perfect, room quit big. Nice building, free parking.

No air conditioning, very noisy from cooling machine or another equipment at the reception outside. Impossible to sleep with open window.

Hotel established in the old castle, very interesting place even to walk around the hotel. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff.

Too thin pillows

Hotel in the old castle is something special. Excellent restaurant with friendly service. Good breakfast.

Spa is bit worn out. Sauna needs new interior. Overall not bad.

Good place for exploring nearby locations. Inside hotel lot of old masonry fragments. Only couple hours, of four days, in SPA was too many visitors in basin.

Along with nice view trough the windw, you hear loud working ventilation.

I liked the swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Great variety of food offered.

The closeness to the castle and the breakfast

The rooms had carpets on the floor, the bathroom shower head was not working properly and the ac was not working

Nice and stylish hotel. Very good breakfast.

Very unhelpful staff. The lobby bar staff will leave you without a drink for half an hour and nobody will notice you.No information from the receptionist about the stay and welnes.

Really wonderful experience. Friendly staff, excellent food in restaurant. Beautiful room and bathroom. We also loved the spa area. Took advantage of the pool and very much enjoyed it.

Really there was nothing wrong with our stay. We enjoyed it thoroughly. It was a great value.

Awesome stay in the castle. Interesting history. Good spa.Recommend visiting the museum and towers on castle and museum.
