a very kind owner, he was with us and gave us a tour of the apartment, we had covered parking..., the apartment is very clean and spacious, plus a very nice veranda, where I could smoke,a very good and varied breakfast, plus a wonderful double espresso,
The description on booking is misleading. This is not a hotel with a parking,, just an apartment for rent and the parking is on a different street. The apartment is also at a different address than the one given in booking.
Te rooms, reception and parking are in three different places in the city! This is not a hotel, just apartments in a block of flats for rent. You can't lock the door because there is a lock, just like the ones in the bathrooms. The hair dryer was sticky with dirt. I had to wash my hands when I touched it! The air conditioning is very noisy and you can't sleep with it on. The stay in this place was terrible.

The room was really nice and clean. It had everything we needed. We really loved the location - in the middle of the lovely, charming town of Latisana where you can have a walk, grab an ice cream or a drink and make wonderful photos. The staff was really nice and friendly. The pizzaria was great as well. Very tasty pizza and wonderful atmosphere. We definitely recommend the place! ?

We stayed here one night on the way home from South Italy to Hungary. The location is good, not far from the highway, 20-25 mins from Bibione for a last beach day. Our apt was in the new building called " Dependence 2". New, clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, coffee maker, comfy beds. Our room faced the main street, with closed windows it was not noisy. The bike route is a few minutes away and had a great morning run there. Breakfast (sweet and savoury options, good coffee) is in the main building, 2 min-walk from "Dependence 2". TV with lots of channels if that matters :)
We could not figure out how to switch on the air con in the kitchen but did not bother to ask as the building was not too hot.
