The pillow was extremely uncomfortable, the nagging sound in the central heating did not let us sleep, and the receptionist was not there at 10 pm to solve the issue. Booking.com Customer Service was useless in this case too - no reply given despite claim they will contact me within 24 hrs. It's a shame I can't upload videos.

Everything - the friendly and attentive staff, the bright and clean room, breakfast and also dinner in the restaurant.
Breakfast was really nice. Good selection of local foods and good coffee. Lots of homemade jams and cakes, really liked the options and everything was fresh. 10/10 would recommend :)
Location was great. We chose to be outside Meran.The noise from the busy road is unfortunate but not the hotel's fault.Big room and huge bathroom, what a bonus! Decoration a bit old fashioned but we didn't mind because it was spotless.Nice view from the room and great pizza and icecream shop below.Breakfast was great. A lot of home made items, really lovely, especially also the juices and lentils.
Very friendly welcome although we arrived rather late due to a lot of traffic. Ordering breakfast for 2 additional people not staying in the hotel was not a problem and easily, quickly arranged with a big smile !
