Large room and good breakfast

Sauna was advertised in the room which was the reason I booked the expensive room but unclear that it cost extra. Disappointing.

Quiet, clean and comfortable room - we had a suite with kitchenette. Also sauna which we didn't use. Breakfast was first class in range and presentation, and would put bigger hotels to shame. Car parking outside our room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Glass windows between shower and bedroom was a bit odd.

I was travelling for work. My client came to meet us at the bistro/hotel to discuss our plans. We asked if we could buy a coffee and the owner bluntly said no from behind a coffee machine behind the bar. Breakfast was just ending and in the distance, guests were still helping themselves to free coffee. It was really embarrassing and really unhelpful. Shortly afterwards, the owner tried to charge me again for the room and didn’t believe that I’d already paid until I showed her the receipt, there was no reaction apart from her not asking me to pay again. Little things but not great customer service.

Comfortable and modern hotel rooms, with friendly staff. We only stayed one night because we were passing through.

The size of the room was great and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price which made this hotel good value for money.

Our room was on the main road and we could hear traffic intermittently most of the night and then early in the morning. The hallways and rooms are mostly tile/concrete so we heard lots of echos of people moving about and talking outside of their rooms/in the entrance hallway. I personally would have preferred a more enclosed "shower room" rather than the shower in the bed room but it was functional, powerful and warm.

we expected to have dinner at the bistro , but it was closed on friday evening. we could not find a restaurant in the neighbourhood. only one after half an hour walking , and it was fully booked. so that was disapointing. there was also a lot of loud music nearby, that lasted till 0.30 am.

The room is perfectly well decorated, light and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. I was able to park in a covered spot

It would be good to have a small mirror just above the bathroom's sink to shave more comfortably.

Not a very warm welcome, though very friendly goodbye the day after made up for it.

Don't be fooled, there is no pool!

On the booking.com app this hotel is advertised with a pool, that is not the case. The member of staff advised us they used to allow access to another pool at a different location but this led to guests complaining so they removed this option. We had specifically booked this hotel with a pool as we were travelling a long distance with a 6 year old and using pools as a reward for being stuck in the car for 5 hours. They did recommend a municipal pool that was 15 minutes drive away which was excellent, and I'd also recommend this, but just wanted to flag this so others don't feel the same frustration.

Great breakfast and wide variety of options! The staff were very kind.

There was no iron even when we asked at reception.There was no shower gel and shampoo. You’d expect to have these as basics when you go to a hotel.

Booked this hotel last minute on our way after a long drive from the UK. it was easily accessible using google maps. it’s in a quiet town with lots of nature. It served us for the one night we slept there. Breakfast was continental and the staff was very friendly.

Cheerless room, dark and cold atmosphere, very small and uncomfortable shower.

The apartment was clean and the little balcony was a nice touch. The breakfast was really good and the staff in the morning were lovely

We arrived within the check in times and had to ring someone to let us in. The man on the phone was super rude, he was driving and trying to explain where the keys to get into the apartment were. The hotel appears to be next to others but they are actually all one hotel. when looking for the keys there are multiple entrances and he began shouting down the phone and becoming aggressive. what a let down his attitude was. the rest of the staff we met in the morning were lovely and very well mannered.
