The hotel is wonderful and is in an idyllic location.

The shower was very small and leaked water. The toilet was rocking off the floor. However all the facilities were available.

Breakfast was good, location was fine - my choice.

Mattress was not the most comfortable

The breakfast was excellent except the coffee which tasted burnt! The surroundings are beautiful with lovely gardens and very ancient, beautiful trees.

The room was very bleak. Purely a bed and bathroom. No view at all. No coffee machine, fridge. The atmosphere was slightly formal and cold.

Truly epic location. Wonderful park. Friendly staff.

Average breakfast. No restaurant only pizza delivery. Place appears to be geared towards large events. Less glamorous if you stay as an ordinary guest.

I have never stayed in a more beautiful location!!! I learned while there that this location has won MANY awards as a wedding venue. I can clearly see why! Not only are the grounds remarkable, but the views and adjacent park are just breathtaking! We had a family room with 4 twin beds that were comfortable, so very clean, with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The architecture was so impressive. I can't imagine the beauty in its hey day !The staff was so accommodating! The two women I encountered were just so lovely!!! They could not do enough for us! My family and I are very appreciative!! I was so very pleased with the value of the night's stay. We actually found Villa Cagnola by accident. We were driving around Northern Italy and didn't quite make the city we were aiming for. I am so glad, or we would have missed this spiritual experience!

The room was just a little cramped but that was because we needed the additional bed. I did see other rooms that were beautiful suites. It depends on your need.Highly recommend! Would return in a heartbeat!!

Good location just outside town. Free parking available. Elevator and air conditioning available. Restaurant available but also good other options in the village.

The property is surely impressive, but needs some refurbishing or upkeep. It is a huge and beautiful property that needs to be modernized, but overall it is good value for money. The is in grounds parking, just have to ask for it.

The shower box is small for big guys, the whole system need to be updates but the bathroom is large, the room is good and the beds are very good.

Restaurant was good for dinner, breakfast also good

It was cold. Took half the night to get the room temperature up to a comfortable level

We booked a room with breakfast. But there were only a couple of croissant options, bread, cheese and mortadella for breakfast. So what we paid money for is unclear… also the staff was not very friendly

No tea or coffee facilities in room. Limited choice of food in the restaurant. Toilet leaked and wasn't repaired even after reporting it. Bathroom floor just always wet.

Everything! The building…a structure beyond first class. The atmosphere…like a museum. Staff was very accommodating. Magnificent grounds and view.
