Very easy to get to and near to everything.Free Parking just in front of the rooms. So practical and easy.Megan gave us super service. She was unbeatable in kindness and went over and above to satisfy us. THANK YOU MEGAN !The room and attached bathroom were spotless and comfortable bed. Just found the pillow a little hard.All in all was a great stay and we intend returning in the near future.

Nice ground-floor hotel, pool, quiet, great ataff and close to a beautiful village.

No dinner available on the Friday that we stayed. This was most disappointing.

Location was OK.

Arrived at the motel before the closing time of the restaurant. The staff then told us that the restaurant was closed on saturdays. And handed us a brochure with motel info where it listed opening hours during saturdays also. When we went to sleep a noise from the AC started, and it was loud enough to keep us a awake for much of the night. The car would have been a better place to sleep. When we complained in the morning the staff shrugged and said there was nothing they could do about it. - This was the worst service I have had in many years and a total waste of monney.

The staff, very courteous and accommodating. The room was good, bed comfortable. Though the restaurant was closed they recommended a restaurant in the city center that was excellent

Pool, staff and breakfast

Our car broke down on the way back to England, and we spent 3 unexpected nights at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as near to where our car was towed off the motorway. There were supermarkets nearby and a 15 - 20 minute stroll into the old town, which was lovely. The rooms were clean and very comfortable as well as air conditioned, and the staff were exceptional, they were so friendly and helpful to us and most spoke English, our French is very limited! Breakfast was great & on our last night we had dinner, which was delicious and very reasonable. I could not fault this hotel and would highly recommend it and its staff.

Very good value for money with great staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Below average breakfast. That too, egg boilers were broken for 2 days. Croissants/breads weren't refilled or refilled in time. Pity is, one day, we had to take our own bread to the breakfast table. No tomatoes/cucumber options.

Very practical for us as we were on the road on our way back from vacation. the rooms are good, the beds very comfortable and you can park right in front of the room. it is very close to the highway.

Unfortunately the restaurant is closed during the weekend and there is no restaurant to go unless by car. Breakfast is not so great and the lady at breakfast was very strange. And there is no fridge in the rooms.

It was close to town. Had a bar and restaurant. There was also a pool. They cleaned the room every day.

Location was great as were facilities. Swimming pool was lovely. Breakfast was good. Staff were welcoming.

We chose to stay in a superior room for three nights, which was relatively new and furnished with a king size bed. The room and the bathroom facilities were both modern and comfortable and pleasing to the eye. It was totally quiet and relaxing. The location near to Terrasson was perfect for us and our nearby friends.

While the quality and selection of breakfast food items were good, there was not sufficient staff available, especially on Sunday, to clear the tables or replenish the buffet. On one occasion we asked if there were more croissants, but instead of being asked to wait a moment, we were lectured that the buffet had closed, although we were present in a timely manner.

The personnel were very nice and friendly and the breakfast was great too. Also, the swimming pool is a bonus.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not functioning properly (no cold air at all) and because of the size of the room (compact) and the fact you couldnt leave any window open at night, made it a very uncomfortable night with little sleep.
