Pros +
- We were looking for a place for a slightly different vacation, and we got an excellent experience - both in the surrounding attractions and in the hotel.
- Great location, at the bottom of the bike lift. Friendly service and good facilities (gym, pool, sauna).
- For every fan of the winter sports the hotel's location couldn't be better. The ski lift is literally 20m from the hotel entrance. Rooms are spacious and bright, with windows facing either the Eastern or Western slope of the valley. The walls are well soundproofed. The breakfast is good, with plenty of options every day. Coffee is really good.
Cons -
- It was cold, and the water in the shower wasn't hot enough... but it was probably a one-time problem, because the staff said it was a shame we hadn't updated them. Also, maybe it's worth making a separate area for couples, because there were a lot of children and at 8 am we heard children running in the hotel corridors.
- The food - both for breakfast and dinner options - could be better.
- Let's start with a warning to all drivers: everyone walks on the streets in the hotel's neighbourhood, including parents driving strollers with children, because there are simply no sidewalks nearby...We have been to many hotels all over the world, but never experienced such an ambiguous service as in this hotel. We came here a big family group, and with 3 small kids, looking for a few days of getaway and relax. But from the very beginning we were struggling to find it here really. At the check in each of us heard a bit different story, no one received the full information. Some crucial details about our stay were missed, and only when we compared what we heard, we could see the full picture. We booked via booking.com and I received only one booking number confirmation, but we were asked for more derailed information, about booking numbers of specific rooms. Not sure where to find it.We failed to find a free table in the a la carte restaurant for our first dinne. No one told us there is also a buffet option. We waited long for a free table in the buffet, even though we are hotel guests, not from the apartments. The next day story repeated, I had to insist after waiting for 45 minutes, and only then we were allowed to enter and discovered there were many free tables inside. We kept hearing different stories about the buffet: you don't need to book a table in advance, you have to do so, or you need to send an email.Another example: the other day I ordered a simple coffee with milk at the bar, not a busy time, and received a different thing, after 25 minutes of waiting, something that was served by mistake first to a different table. It was really hard to find anyone from the crew speaking communicatively, usually we hear "I don't know" even if we asked about such a trivial thing as what's the minimal age for the specific event for children.

The location was incredible and the amenities were fantastic. I also love the fact that it has animation for children and a children’s corner where my daughter could play. Additionally I must mention all the friendly staff working for the hotel. I appreciate the welcoming approach.
The location is superb. The hotel facilities are exceptional quality, especially the wellness, bowling, and ski storage areas. The breakfast is of a very high standard. The rooms are of a standard hotel quality, clean and comfortable. They do offer different pillow options, which was helpful for a family. The views of the ski area were nice. However, if you prefer a peaceful sleep, choose a room on the opposite side of the hotel. The snow making machines were running all night, which was disturbing.
We didn't dine at the buffet restaurant during our stay, so I can't really comment on the quality. However, the only other dining option was a small restaurant area located beyond the lobby bar.The service was excellent, the food was great. Only negative, the menu had very limited choices. Especially for children.I understand that this hotel is geared for families with children of all ages. (Hence the buffet restaurant) However, a larger table service restaurant with more meal selections would be fantastic.
Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was generous with plenty to choose from, great selection of herb teas. Receptionists were pleasant and efficient. Also the welcome drink was a nice touch. I liked the secure ski storage. They have rooms and facilities for disabled guests, for example a pool lowering mechanism.
The construction sites around the hotel which are planned to be finished at the end of 2025. It did not disturb us but was unsightly. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room! No room service. The restaurant in the hotel had too fancy and expensive choice of meals and very limited offer of deserts which did not taste great.
The food was good, nice Fresh, good choiceAlso, had the buffet dinner once
We had a double room. The only thing I can fault with the hotel was, they were two single beds, pushed together. That was only thing that spoiled it
The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were super helpful, the animators were professional. There were plenty of activities for kids.
The parking organization. We were quite unpleasantly surprised with the invoice for parking (we were not informed about the price of parking and availability to park in deferent places.
- Clean, comfortable rooms- Pleasant wellness area- Close to the chairlift- Room for bicycles
- Very bad breakfast coffee - No possibility to buy drinks in the evening- The staff seemed not very professional. There was a problem when we went to dinner in a group (part of the group arrived later and there was a problem with entering, even though dinner was paid in advance for the whole group). The reception was unable to provide parking information over the phone and there was also a problem on site - we lost valuable time due to park our cars. Staff provided incorrect information about the operation of the property (night bar).
Great family hotel in the middle of the peaceful region - Dolni Morava Resort. Hotel is located extremely close to the entertainment places and offers a lot of attractions for tourists with different interests.
This is a very well located hotel for Outdoor activities, which we were looking for. Hiking, cycling, trail running, just outside the door of the hotel. Excellent Spa and massage, but you have to like children, because they are everywhere...., with their joy and laughter. Great hotel if you travel with small children. Interesting sights close by, the new 721 m sky bridge and Sky walk. An area in great construction and a lot of investment in tourism to making your stay memorable, interesting and enjoyable.
English is not spoken so much, but it will come with more international tourists. Missing English translations in signs both in the Hotel and outdoor area. The Al la cart Dinner menu could be better, (the hotel also has buffet Dinner), also the cleanliness of the Al la cart restaurant needs improvement.
nice hotel with a great location. rooms are clean and cozy. pretty good breakfast. big parking area for hotel guests. right near the chair lift to the sky bridge.
almost none of the personnel was speaking English. had to communicate in a mix of polish and czech.dinner menu in the a-la cart restaurant was so-so.hard construction works are happening around the hotel. in general it was not disturbing, but still views are interrupted, especially on the breakfast restaurant terrace.
Breakfast and dinner are excellentStaff is so friendly and helpfulVariety of activities for children
Nice rooms. Great breakfast, wide variety of food. Hotel restaurant á la carte was also good or you can choose a buffet dinner but we found restaurant better value for the money.
Location, amenities, and services
Sound insulation. The next room was connected to ours by internal doors (locked). The result was to stay awake until late due to a party
