Always a good stay, spacious room, friendly staff, good food and breakfast.

No minibar/fridge in the room.

I liked the friendly staff, the nice dinner we had in the restaurant and the newly renovated bathroom. The WiFi speed was excellent. There was a (free) private parking provided.

The room was very clean but the style was a little „outdated“. Especially the dark brown interior and the old school carpet. I had a double room with two separate beds which were a little „slim“ for a full size person.

Like always Platan Hotel with its team did the job :) we had a great stay and everything from top to bottom was with nothing to complain about. The food was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely little stay in the little lovely hotel .Kat & Andy

Great stylish hotel in the heart of the town. The room was nice and clean with ample facilities. Large bathroom. Very good restaurant

The bed was terrible. The double bed was set up from two single beds with wooden frames. As a result it was very uncomfortable. I have never seen anything like that before

Great room: clean, big room, silencio.

Clean and tidy room. Furniture was good quality and modern, the bathroom was designed very well with modern building and finishing the walk in shower was huge, loved it. Heating system was always reliable. I didn't feel at any point that it was tacky or old everything was modern.

I was solo wanted a double bed but they only do 2 single beds stuck together which in most hotels is fine as the 2 mattresses are touching but not here. Each bed frame is touching the other one so there's a gap of wood going through the middle and made it really uncomfortable to move about as I would fall in the gap and hurt myself. They came to my call and put some foam insert to cover it which was better but still not great.Also they gave me 2 single duvets with this! What about a big one for one person? Very annoying! Spoke to reception but that is how it is in every room of the hotel. Breakfast was free but was extremely basic a bit of toast some eggs and veggies a bit of cheese you might get a croissant but not most days. It was a nice dining area though very comfortable and good quality. But seriously please sort these things out because no other hotel does that I mean at least have a double duvet. I gave it a 6 but if they sort the bed and duvet situation it would be 7 or 8

Amazing hotel, great value for money, huge bathroom, very friendly staff remembered us from a visit one year ago!

Very clean accommodation, easily accessible for those with mobility issue with elevator to all floors.

Poor breakfast selection, staff not keeping selection stocked. Having to ask staff to replenish. Staff sitting in kitchen area on mobile phone.

We loved the place, they made everything I asked to let my girlfriend surprised and happy, a good surprise with flowers and candles in room place, the breakfast as wonderful as well !

Everything was really good, but before you ask for a laundry be careful with the price, we sent our clothes without look the price and that was a big mistake, I mean that was a knife in the heart hahaha
