- 1/ They assumed people who book 4* hotels leave without paying2/ Staff was somehow not engaging with us3/ Sauna only 50 min? not really to be able to do 3 cycles… barely 2 with no cool down4/ breakfast was very very basic and missing things like fruits or better coffee than instant one… I would expect from 4* hotel better service5/ very short and inconvenient breakfast hours 6/ no minibar in the room (well, it was empty - why to advertise that?)7/ when getting beer at hotel bar it felt that we are unwelcome8/ never changed bedding during our stay9/ bring your own towels from the room to sauna but never change them?10/ staff looked always confused and not present
