The hotel has a great location and great parking Very nice woman at the barRoom is spacious

All carpet were in stains, bedsheets in blood, breakfast was very poor , we wrote to book the spa in ahead but nobody did it for us. Staff was rude and unhelpful (receptionist)

Nothing of note.

The spa area is nice for a small hotel like that. The room was spacious.The view was great, and it must be amazing to have a small exit towards the garden in the summer.

The room was rather cold, especially the floors.Kids in the spa were going crazy: I get it, it's much fun for a small boy to jump into the pool, but he did it like 5 times per minute with loud splashing and for an hour straight.

Plenty of free parking on site. Basic breakfast buffet.

You need a car to get there, uphill.

Magnificent view from hotel, especially from the pool and sauna.

Low insulation, and you can hear mostly everything. Not a big assortment for breakfast.

Booking.com didn't allow upgrade from 1 person to 2. Travelled with my mom and ended up in a tiny room for 1 person. Not used to booking rooms based on number of people. Room with 2 beds should accommodate 2 people. It was very tiny.

The food, wellness and service was amaizing.

The place is certainly well appointed and modern. And has good location if you prefer to stay of town. The internet check-in and payment system is also a plus.

I'm sure that it is perfectly compliant with the Czech regulations but in my book you just cannot call yourself a hotel if there is no staff there after 8PM. What's worse is that there are no facilities neither in the corridors, nor in the rooms to make yourself even a simplest cup of tea. There's no food either and as the hotel is located up on the hill and quite a distance from the centre of Jesenik, if you don't have a car, you're in a pickle. And there's nobody there to help you. I'm sorry to have to mark down but I was really disappointed when I arrived at Slunný Dvůr after a long day of cycling.

Breathtaking view, the hotel is situated at the outskirts of Jeseník Spa, a lovely place. Very good breakfast. We enjoyed the spa with sauna.

Unlike advertised, e.g. room No 10 has no mountain view at all. However the staff was understanding and the next night we moved to a room with a fantasic view at the Jeseníky mountains.
