I've stayed here a handful of times over the years and it has been a stellar experience each time. Staff are as friendly as Estonians possibly can be ( ;) ), Clean, good location-walking distance to Old Town, short taxi to airport & bus/train stations.
Check-in staff was very friendly. Clean room. Bed was very comfortable. I was worried about noise when I checked in because it appeared the hotel would be full of partiers and business conventions, but it wasn't a problem at all.

Cons -

The shower being very small and located so close to the rest of the bathroom fixtures, without a wall of any kind, made for a pretty messy post-shower floor in the bathroom. For the price I paid, I felt that was pretty sub-par.
