Fantastic Garden - Firenze Nord

But the property was certainly very nice. The garden setting was very attractive.

Not enough restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel's restaurant had a menu but many items were not available during parts of our stay. Paint on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom was peeling; it seems routine maintenance is being neglected. Breakfast not as good a selection as we have had at similar accommodations, but certainly adequate. The scrambled eggs were definitely below what we would expect - maybe they were made from powdered eggs???

Quite isolated, you need to have a car.

Terrible design aesthetic. It felt like Disney land with a bad designer. Gaudy furniture. Crazy lights. Mis matched decor. The property states that it is near the airport with a shuttle. It cost me 70Euros and a 50 min drive in morning traffic to get back to the hotel. Never again.

Didn't have breakfast there, but they prepared a boxed meal for me to take early in the morning for my plane. That was very nice of them although I don't tend to eat ham. Samantha at reception was wonderfully helpful and the onsite restaurant was excellent for my dinner choice. The grounds were like a resort, although my stay was overnight. I'm not so youthful anymore and have ailments these days, so I really appreciated the hospitality extended to me. Questions submitted by email shortly before arrival were responded to quickly as well. Considering much of my visit to Italy faced logistical obstacles--this came as a breath of fresh air.

The location was further from the airport than I had anticipated and fairly costly to get to and from by taxi.There was a birthday party celebration nearby which was somewhat noisy, but after all it was a Saturday night and understandable. People are entitled to celebrate their special occasions.

After 3 weeks rraveling around and enjoying Italy, we decided to return our car early on our last evening and stay close to the airport. The hotel's proximity to the airport made our 6 am flight a bit easier to manage.

Pool was really nice, it had a bar next to it, we enjoyed it all afternoon as it was a very warm day. Great location close to the airport, we rented a car so it was easy for us to get there. Laura, the receptionist was beyond helpful.

Breakfast was on the basic side and I didn't find the quality of the accomodation.

Very friendly staff and the breakfast buffete was very complete.

You could hear every noise from inside the room.

No AC ,noises, big party underway window, nothing was done to stop that. Will not stay in this property again.

From the start the staff was extremly helpful and kind. The lady that helped us made us feel right at home. We were exhausted from traveling and she got us settled into our rooms immediately. The property is beautiful, the pool was magnificent and the food was prepared fresh. We appreciated her sharing the history of the villa. It was our favorite place that we stayed on our trip and we will make plans to return.

We were a party of seven. It was hard to get a taxi / Uber from the property into Florence. I would defintely stay here again, I would just rent a car to travel around the area. I have no complaints about the property itself except that we did not plan a long enough stay!

The lady on the front desk was quite rude! ? They gave me a room when l walking in was super mess and dirty from the people before. I had to ask another room. Plus she wanted charge me for half hour check out . She say that booking didn't post correctly the check out time and she was super rude! Milk was smelling bad for breakfast smelling cheese.

The pool and furniture very nice. Lovely property.

Dinner menu limited and slow

The grounds were beautiful, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious!

The room was not the quality that was pictured. It was very dirty. There was hair and bloodstains on my sheets, dirt and hair all over the floor, and the HVAC system by the window was leaking. The beds were very hard. It smelled like cigarette smoke. I arrived very late at night and was only there for one day so switching was impractical. Also, it is not as close to the airport as it seems on the map and required expensive taxi rides too and from the airport. If you want a convenient place for the airport, take the airport tram (cheap) downtown.

Gardens were absolutely beautiful and staff was very pleasant, respectful and attentive.

That we can only stay one night. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was a beautiful place.

The room is very well decorated and feels comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the Zambra train station.

The food in the bistro was not very satisfying.

This place was exceptional. The place is located in a seemingly safe district of Sesto Fiorentino and not far from the nearby train station (Zambra). The rooms are very clean, the beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was the best I had in any hotel. The staff was very kind and respectful. There is a big parking space and a gate that closes at midnight - your car is very safe in this place. Breakfast was also included and it was in a different building with a nice terrace (great for summer mornings i suppose). Breakfast was very good, about as good as the restaurants in Firenze itself.

Location was great

Very nice villa, nice garden but with the plight of many noisy events, with birthdays or gatherings of different kind. The main bedrooms are close to s meeting area where tour operators organise meetings for tourists at 8am. We left two days earlier than expected as it was impossible to relax and rest, meetings in the morning, conventions in the afternoon and birthday parties in the evening.Then, in communal areas, cheap disco music blasted at any time… Room was not cleaned, we were told that usually they do it in the afternoon… Not recommended at all.

The Lady that checked us in went above and beyond to assist us. She changed our room to meet our needs, she tried to get into the resaurant for dinner but when she couldn't she found us a nearbye restaurant and made reservations for us. She arraged a taxi and was very kind.

There is a gate that locks the property down at night that you have to have the front desk open if you have to leave at 4 am to get a taxi. I liked the safety but I was concerned when I could not leave and did not speak Italian. Luckily the taxi driver was able to get the person to open the gate.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for us, being just outside of town and easily accessible by car. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the courtyard was absolutely beautiful - the perfect spot to relax in the mornings and evenings. While the building is older, it has a lot of charm and character. Overall, we highly recommend this place!The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! A wide variety of options to choose from, something for everyone.

Noise levels from the hallway can be quite high, particularly in the early hours. Due to the building's age, this is somewhat expected

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.

No tv in room although it said there was and probably a little further out from florence than expected. A cab cost between 30 to 55 euro depending on cab driver clearly I had one great and one who took the long way.

Absolutely beautiful place with a large garden. The breakfast was incredibly rich and the place added even more to it. Thank you for the friendly service at the reception. Grazie mille.
