Pros +

- The staff were brilliant! They changed our smelly room to a proper one in a polite manner in a few minutes.
- Staff are very nice
Cons -
- The smell of cooking food could be felt in the entire corridor, room and entrance, when you enter the hotel lobby, you feel like you have entered the kitchen, it was very annoying.
- Deluxe smelly room - it really felt that there was a dead rat inside. Horrible sound isolation in the room- we had very poor sleep as we could hear every single word from a room next door. We wanted to have proper sleep on our very long driving journey and it turned to a really bad night. Even though the interior of the hotel looks ok, we felt it was completely overpriced for such quality we got.
- The bathroom smells, the ventilation doesn't work properly or is working backwards because there was a persistent smell of stale water. Not quite sewage, but not far off it. I was told that " I don't think there is anything we can do" and all the staff did was to open the bedroom window!
